  • Villa Valentino es el lugar ideal para aquellos que aman la comodidad y buscan un hogar en el que encontrar paz, relajación y diversión.
    La villa y todos los muebles son totalmente nuevos. Los puntos fuertes son el gran jardín con césped (500 metros cuadrados) y la piscina con electrólisis de 10x4 metros con trampolín.
    Muebles de jardín modernos y elegantes (tumbonas, mesa y sillas), baño exterior confortable con ducha de agua caliente, cocina exterior con barra de esquina y barbacoa funcional para almuerzos y cenas inolvidables al aire libre, gran porche cubierto con TV de 42 '', Playstation 4, juegos para niños (tobogán, canasta de baloncesto, etc.), futbolín y mesa de ping pong para divertidos juegos de verano. En el jardín hay una zona de juegos infantiles con tobogán.
    Dentro de la villa se desarrolla en dos niveles. En la planta baja está la sala de estar con sofá cama doble, TV de 42 pulgadas, sistema de alta fidelidad e impresora, la nueva cocina equipada (cafetera, tetera, tostadora, microondas, 4 quemadores, horno, 2 refrigeradores, 1 dispensador de agua, lavavajillas), una habitación doble con caja fuerte y una habitación triple (dos camas individuales se pueden unir en una cama doble), un baño con ducha.
    En la primera planta hay una habitación doble y otro baño con ducha, acceso a la gran terraza con vigas de madera a la vista de unos 150 metros cuadrados. amueblado con sombrilla y chaise longue.
    Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y acceso wifi gratuito e ilimitado.
    La villa tiene una sala de lavandería y un área de estacionamiento para 2 autos.
    A petición cuna para niños, tumbonas para niños.
    Impuesto turístico a pagar en el check in: 1 € por persona por día.

    Terrasini es una localidad muy animada que organiza espectáculos, eventos y festivales todos los años en verano para entretener a los turistas. Es una localidad famosa por su espléndido mar, muy limpio, principalmente con acceso desde las rocas. Los amantes de la playa pueden llegar a la famosa "Magaggiari", muy popular entre los amantes del mar. En Terrasini hay comercios como farmacias, supermercados, bares, estancos, etc. La hermosa playa de 'Cala Rossa' está a sólo 10 minutos en coche.
    Para una experiencia gastronómica auténticamente siciliana, puede probar la quesería situada cerca de la casa (cerca del cruce de la autopista): podrá degustar quesos y cannoli sicilianos preparados in situ, ¡una auténtica delicia!
    El mar de la costa norte de Sicilia es famoso por su transparencia y su gran flora y fauna submarinas, ideales para practicar snorkel y submarinismo, natación, piragüismo y deportes acuáticos.

Très jolie villa, grande avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de très bon moments en famille après les visites. Les enfants apprécient particulièrement la table de ping-pong et la piscine ! We could not have asked for a better vacation home!! The property itself was in a fantastic location - close to the airport, supermarkets, and gorgeous beaches with spectacular views and it was also quiet, clean and so relaxing. Our host was spectacular and was there to great us on arrival! He walked us through everything the property had to offer, told us about all property amenities and went above and beyond for making us feel right at home! He left treats and snacks for us and made sure to have everything prepared for the two children we had with us - everything was very thoughtful and MUCH appreciated. Our host gave us multiple different options for sightseeing, food, bars you name it! Whatever you wanted to do he had an option (or three!) for us to check out! All rooms had AC which was another huge bonus. We spend the majority of our time lounging outside on the property and in the pool. would LOVE to return to this property in the future.

We loved the outside dining area, kitchen was well equipped & the two fridges worked well for our group. There was an unexpected issue with the water but was addressed within 30 min and did not disrupt any part of our holiday. Host sent tons of recommendations of places/parking/eating to visit in and around Palermo. We did not travel with children, but this house would be great for a family with kids.

Superb villa & amazing host

We stayed as a family of four at Villa Valentino as part of our Summer vacation & we were hugely impressed. From the very warm & informative welcome with Rosario through to the top quality amenities at the villa. Especially nice was the swimming pool that was larger than we expected, the lounge area which was a great socialising spot & the convenient location to nearby beaches by car. In all, we loved our week here & created some beautiful family memories. Thank you Rosario!

Excellent Place to stay in Sicily!

We can't begin to express how incredible this place was to stay with our family of five! It is everything the description and pictures show off. Rosario was the best host and had everything we needed to get started along with a comprehensive guide to what was around locally. This made it even better to plan and do activities around the town. Highly recommend this place for anyone, especially families traveling to and around Palermo.

Sicilian hospitality at its best

Fantastic villa, all you could want and more. The standard was set on arrival with Rosario providing fresh fruit, presents for the kids and beer! The villa was spotless with everything you could need, fabulous pool, table tennis, table football, lovely outdoor living space, fully equipped kitchen and bar and washing machine if needed. A great base to explore Trapani, Selunente, Erice, national parks and Segesta. Terrasini is a lovely little town too with a good selection of restaurants. Overall, a fabulous holiday, we felt like royalty. Thanks Rosario.

Rosario is just the nicest villa owner we have ever met. Our flight was delayed 2hrs and he still met us at the villa at 1.30am with fresh melon and cherries waiting for us, not to mention a fridge full of goodies to keep us going. He helped us get back to the airport the following morning to collect the hire car.This villa is beautiful and the best equipped we have ever stayed in, we have been doing Villa holidays for 15yrs. The outdoor space is wonderful, we only went inside to sleep. The pool is beautiful especially the water and is cleaned every other day. There is nothing Rosario hasn't thought about, this Villa would suit any family. We are a family of 5 but took a friend, 4 teenagers aged 18/19, they loved the villa. You do need a car, there is nowhere to walk to but everything is 10/15mins drive away. The Villa handbook has everything in and if you still want more advice Rosario is quick to advise. Also, when it's says shampoo etc included it means full size of everything, the washing liquid was three bottles, one for stains, one for delicates and normal. The coffee machine and ice machine was definitely welcomed by the teenagers. As was the bar! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa, Rosario is also just finishing a bigger villa if you needed space for 10 people.Thank you Rosario, we had an amazing holiday and you made it extra special

Sehr gepflegte Villa!!!

Wir haben sehr schöne 10 Tage in der Villa verlebt. Die Kommunikation mit Rosario war unkompliziert und freundlich. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Vielen Dank für die Begrüßungsgeschenke und den tollen Korb mit den sizilianischen Delikatessen!! Die gesamte Villa ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt viele tolle Details, die das Leben angenehm machen - uns hat die Eiswürfelmaschine sehr gefallen :-) Besonders der Außenbereich ist super!!!! Des Weiteren liegt eine Mappe mit Tipps für Ausflüge aus und Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Wir haben vieles davon gemacht und hatten immer sehr schöne Tage bzw. waren lecker Essen. Vielen Dank für die Tipps! Vielen Dank auch für das Verpflegungspaket an unserem Abreisetag. So etwas Nettes haben wir vorher noch nirgendwo bekommen. We absolutely loved Villa Valentino! We were in Sicily for two weeks and only one week at Villa Valentino. We wished we would have stayed both weeks there! The house was perfect for our family of four. We arrived to a stocked fridge with snacks and drinks. Rosario met us upon arrival to go over everything. He had extensive information on the restaurants, attractions, and cities around. Terrasini was a great base for all the places we went to (Terrasini, Palerma, Agrigento, Santa Ninfa). We wish we would have had more time to visit San Vito di Capo and Erice!The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool (was perfect!), playing ping pong, fooseball, and relaxing on the patio with a refreshing drink. Rosario was an amazing host and was available whenever we had any questions. He provided tons of recommendations! He even ordered a pizza for us when I couldn't figure it out. Rosario embodies the true meaning of Sicily. He treated us like family and his villa was our home away from home!We highly recommend Villa Valentino!! We can't wait to go back! Thank you Rosario!!

Perfect place to explore Northwest Sicily

We stayed at Villa Valentino for 6 nights. We completely enjoyed ourselves. The property is everything that the photos and description promise. The property was immaculate and the kitchen, pool, sleeping rooms, bathrooms and overall relaxing space was very well done. It is a very outdoor-oriented villa, meaning that lounging around the pool and on the lawn is a key to fully appreciating the property. We had a car (essential for this location). We spent time exploring both the general Palermo area and surrounding areas such as Mondello beach, Monreale, Trappetto, Segesta and Trapani. The location is an easy 25 drive into the Palermo area. The motorways and roads in the area made the driving easy. The villa is 5 minutes outside of the town of Terrasini. That town is a genuine Sicilian seaside town. Don’t miss the local museum. We dined several nights in Terrasini and the nearby Cinisi. All excellent experiences. The very best part of our experience was our host, Rosario. He clearly takes great pride in his villa and in treating his guest with sincere warmth and care. He was generous in the extra touches and left plenty of information on local sights and day trips. We can highly recommend Villa Valentino!

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at Villa Valentino. From the moment we arrived, Rosario, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a special touch to our experience. The Villa itself is beautifully designed, with a thoughtful layout that maximises comfort and relaxation. The outdoor space is particularly impressive, providing ample shade during the day while still offering plenty of spots to soak up the sun. The pool is a highlight, with a deep section ideal for diving and gets the sun throughout the day, making it perfect for cooling off or simply lounging poolside. Inside, the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor and are equipped with excellent air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep even in the warmer months. The master suite upstairs is a true gem, featuring a spacious terrace that offers stunning views and a private escape. One of the most breathtaking aspects of Villa Valentino is its setting. The backdrop of the mountains adds an incredible sense of tranquility and natural beauty to the experience. While the Villa is a bit removed from the nearest town (about a 10-minute drive), this also means it's wonderfully peaceful. A car is necessary, but there's convenient off-road parking available. There are plenty of nearby towns and villages to explore. Overall, our stay at Villa Valentino was nothing short of amazing. It

Rosario ist super, der check in konnte durch unsere sehr frühe Anreise problemlos vorgezogen werden, so dass wir das Gepäck loswerden und einen entspannten ersten Tag verbringen konnten, bis das Haus fertig gereinigt war.Es liegen auch reichhaltige Informationen zur Insel bereit. Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wunderbar!

Awesome

Rosario is the perfect host, always available with a big Italian heart and one of the most friendly and helpful host we ever met. From our arrival until departure he did everything to make this holiday very special. The house is beautiful, we spent most of the time outside on the large and wonderful terrace and the lovely pool. The kids loved the pool, table tennis and soccer and the restaurants in Terrasini were absolutedly great. Beaches were rather full but it was Ferragosta, if you look for a nice and not so crowdy beach Lido Greg is a good choice. I am sure we will come again and would like to thank Rosario again for his hospitality. Highly recommended!!!

Einfach nur perfekt

Wir haben in der Villa entspannte Tage in Sizilien verbracht. Super Betreuung durch unseren herzlichen Gastgeber Rosario, der jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Die Villa ist einfach nur traumhaft, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Außenbereich, Pool, Rasen wird Top gepflegt. Ausstattung auch perfekt, es ist alles da was man braucht, bestens durchdacht. Mit dem Auto braucht man 10 Minuten zum nächsten Ort, dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Strand, ein Auto sollte man schon haben, dann ist alles perfekt. Rosario der Gastgeber hat einen ganzen Ordner mit Tips zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten erstellt damit man sich sofort gut zurechtfindet in der Umgebung. Wir wollten die Villa nicht mehr verlassen und würden sofort wiederkommen!!!

Brilliant stay

The villa is excellent. It has everything you need (including kids plates/bowls/cups etc), as well as table football (which the kids loved) table tennis, a football goal, basketball hoop, and more. We were a family of 4 using the villa, but you could easily have 2 families in the space. The outdoor space and pool is lovely so you really don't need to be inside very often and there is also lots of shade, and plenty of loungers etc for however many people are in your party. The property is very secure with a gated driveway, so you do not need to be worried about where the kids are. As a host Rosario is fantastic. We arrived very late, and he had made sure there was a welcome pack that included something we could cook for dinner and milk for kids bedtime, and then he showed up in the morning with fresh pastries as he knew we would have little for breakfast otherwise! There were also presents for the kids and us which were very thoughtful. We didn't particularly need any other assistance but any questions we did have Rosario was incredibly responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We were happy chilling at the villa so didn't really venture out, but had we wanted to there was a very comprehensive guide to the area left for us. There is a bread/pastry van that comes around the area so make sure you have cash (we didn't!) to get fresh things each day. Supermarkets were a 5 min drive so that was easy to get to. We will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful villa near Palermo airport

The villa had just about everything we could wish for. Extremely comfortable with lots of outdoor living space. A lovely large pool with lilos. Rosario was the perfect host; extremely generous and helpful. Loved every minute.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic villa, perfect for families with kids. Rosario is super friendly and provided a great welcoming treat for us. The garden and pool is really nice, and the house is modern and clean. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay in Western Sicily

We had such an amazing time at Villa Valentino! Rosario was the perfect host from beginning to end. He was in regular contact with us about check in (and throughout the stay), super accommodating and had a personal touch to everything! He was so kind to the kids and even ordered (delicious) pizza for us when out Italian was failing us. The house is perfect for a family. Lots of space, amazing outdoor rooms and games, our kids have been talking about "Valentino's house" since we left. The pool, the lighting, the ping pong, football net, all of it was perfect for a family. Terrasini is a great central location to explore this part of Sicily. We highly recommend the beach at San Vito Lo Capo! Many great towns nearby as well to visit (Scopello, Erice, etc.). The villa is not walking distance to town, but it is still convenient to many locations and a great jumping off point. It was really perfect!
