"Easy check in (mobile website) and good location. Room was modern and nice but walls were covered in stains and shower went from hot to cold while showering. Room was above noisy club at street level. Bed uncomfortable resulting in both of us sleeping badly the entire time. AC didn’t work and hallway was incredibly hot. "

"Die Zimmer hätten im Detail etwas sauberer sein können (Staub, Fingerabdrücke der Vorgänger und Haare in der Dusche). Frühstücksbuffet etwas überteuert, aber Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ist es aber ein sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel. "

"The apartment itself was very nice. We could not figure out how to work the heat in the bathroom though so it was very cold in there. Not saying it wasn’t there we just couldn’t figure it out. It is in the red light district which we don’t care about, but there were some weird guys hanging out later at night. Finding the right door to go in was a challenge but I called and they walked us through it. They responded immediately. Was walking distance to Christmas markets which was great "

"Laundry, unfortunately, was not convenient. We never could figure out how to operate the machines. We were told to call the number on the wall, no luck with that either. Fortunately if we took tram number 7 going towards the train station there was a laundry mat one stop up and the tram stop right at the laundry mat. So we got clean clothes after all. When we saw the staff they were always very pleasant. When we arrived our room was spotless. "
