This charming 1.5 room flat not only offers you a modern and bright interior design, but also a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, from the Magadino plain to Italy. Enjoy complete privacy on the balcony, which is furnished with a table, two comfortable armchairs and two additional chairs for guests, and experience unforgettable moments in an idyllic setting.

Inside, you will find a tastefully furnished flat equipped with all the necessary amenities for a carefree stay. The living and dining area leads directly onto the cosy balcony. A modern box-spring bed in the sleeping area, which is separated from the rest of the room by a round arch, promises a restful night's sleep. In the outdoor area of the house, which is located on the edge of the forest in a well-tended garden, a large outdoor pool with sunbathing area, granite stone table and pergola awaits you. Insgesamt sehr schön. Tolle Aussicht auf den See. Einziges Manko: man muss eigentlich jeden Tag diese vielen Serpentinen fahren, um etwas unternehmen zu können, da die Straße oben an der Unterkunft aufhört.
