The Space:

Escape to your Hillside Wine Escape, a sprawling 2,350 sq ft retreat nestled in the rolling hills of Paso Robles Wine Country. Perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or a peaceful solo adventure, this 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.



The recently updated interior is bright and airy, with high vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. Relax in the open-concept, step-down living room, featuring a cozy brick wood-burning fireplace, a 65-inch smart TV, and stunning panoramic hill views.



Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and a 6-burner stove. The open dining area provides seating for ten. For those mixing work with pleasure, a dedicated workspace is also available. We also provide children's books and toys to keep younger guests entertained.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and a private balcony.

Bedroom 2: A comfortable King bed.

Bedroom 3: Includes a King bed and a full-size sofa bed.

Bedroom 4: Furnished with two full beds.

Please note: The main bedroom closet and a small storage closet are locked for owner supplies and are not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in a quiet family neighborhood on Templeton’s westside, close to wineries, restaurants, and grocery stores.



Tin City is approximately three miles away, and downtown Paso Robles is approximately six miles away. Trader Joe’s is less than a mile from the home, making it easy to stock up for your stay.



Neighboring homes have dogs, so you may occasionally hear barking.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring wine country and the Central Coast. Local wine-tour companies offer another way to visit tasting rooms. Uber and Lyft serve the area, though availability varies.



Parking is available for up to four vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

This is our family home, and we are fortunate to travel much of the year, which allows us to share it with guests from around the world. While the home is thoughtfully prepared as a vacation rental and free of personal belongings, we hope you’ll enjoy it with the same care and appreciation that we do.

Security;

For the security of our guests and property, the home is equipped with a doorbell camera and exterior security cameras that record both audio and video. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home, garage or spa area.
