You will enjoy your stay on the Central Coast in this spacious downtown Templeton home. Spend your days exploring and your evenings relaxing on the treetop deck. Just a 2 minute stroll to the Saturday farmers market at the park, shops and restaurants. Located 5 minutes by car to Trader Joe's, Tin City, wineries and less than 10 minutes to downtown Paso Robles. You'll find everything you need for a short or long term stay.

Very clean, well organized, large rooms and equipped w/ everything you could want. It's in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Check-in was as easy as could be. The Hosts were very attentive. All in all, our stay was as comfortable as could be. Would be the 1st place I would consider whenever we're in the Paso Robles or Cambria area. Thanks again, Joe

Perfect place for 2 couples!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet and peaceful abode while we visited wineries and Hearst Castle. The kitchen was fully stocked (including coffee, creamer, oils, rice, pancake mix, all of the spices you need and even ingredients to make a pasta meal!The space is large with two split bedrooms with comfy beds and extra pillows. The inside of the house was very clean but the outside patio seemed to have been forgotten. We could have asked Andrew to take care of it, but my friend and I cleaned it up a bit while the guys were picking up breakfast. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and Andrew was very friendly, communicative and responsive.

Great Stay!

My friends and I came up for our yearly reunion and we all loved it! The beds were super comfortable, very clean home, very spacious, the patio was so nice we used it to hangout outside by the fire in the evening. We went to tin city to check out the wineries it was about a 5 minute drive and we took a Lyft. Definitely would stay again in the future!

Wonderful Stay!

Very comfortable beds, so spacious and fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed staying here and will be back. The premises was clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed to be comfortable as well as fun- assorted books and games.

Amazing!!!!

Beautiful place, we all felt safe and everything was easy to find. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to move around. This is an amazing spot because we Ubered to tin city for $15 and Uber back for $15. So close to so many different things.

Nice place.

Everything was good about the place except for the stairs leading up to the front door. I had my 96 year old mother with me and the stairs were brutal to get her in and out of the place. I think this should be highlighted in the description. I emailed the property before getting there and mentioned traveling with a 96 year old and I wish they would have warned me. It wasn’t just difficult, it was scary. Other than that, it’s a great place, clean, cozy and tidy.

Great space!

We loved this house and can’t wait to come back! The two rooms are perfect for two couples sharing the space. Lots of privacy and a beautiful space. Great location close to wineries and downtown Paso. Communication was perfect.

Relaxing stay in Paso

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens i have ever encountered in a rental property. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Can’t wait to stay here again the next time we are in the area.
