"Fantastic hotel with restaurant and wine options. Breakfast buffet was traditional German, which I love. If you love to bike or hike this location has many options. We were conveniently located to Trier. The owner was very friendly and willing to give advice. Extensive wine list! We arrived late and staff was willing to round up some food in the kitchen for us. Highly recommend and will be returning. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, a “body wash- shampoo- conditioner”...

"Gute Lage, die Innenstadt mit all ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht, zum römischen Amphitheater kommt man sehr idyllisch durch ein kleines Tal, immer dem Bach entlang. Vor der Tür fährt zudem ein Bus, und man kann - sensationell! - kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen (die nicht nur stylish sind, sonder auch sehr gut zu fahren). Geparkt habe ich auf dem großen Parkplatz 50m entfernt; über Nacht ist das kostenlos. Es gibt aber eine Hotelgarage. Mein Zimmer war zur Straße...

"Hotel is goed onderhouden. De bedden hebben matrassen van een hoge kwaliteit. Kamers zijn zuiver en alles werkt, geen gebreken kunnen ontdekken. Zwembad is een meerwaarde. Het binnenbad is het hele jaar geopend, het buitenbad zou eigenlijk pas in juli open gaan. Wij zijn in juni geweest, het buitenbad was geopend wat heerlijk was gezien de tropische trmperaturen. Het mooie grote terras heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het dal en het stadje."

"It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados.
