This 10 bedroom, 10 and half bath, 11,000 square foot estate mansion is located in the very heart of Temecula Wine Country and has everything you could ever want for your Wine Country vacation. The Manor features nine plush suites with in-room spa tubs, one extra guest room, and a 1,600 square-foot dressing area with beauty stations. Guests enter the Manor through an exquisite ballroom entrance into the Grand Salon that includes a 24-seat dining table, two large seating areas, chess table, poker table and large wet bar. The Manor's game room includes billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball and numerous board games. There are endless outdoor amenities to keep guests entertained: an outdoor pool with chaise lounges, a hot tub, patio grill and bar area, several fire pits and seating areas, life-size chess board, bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, beautiful gardens and enough grass space for family fun of all kinds. Home Truths:
- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 plus tax per day and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
- No events are authorized unless pre-approved by and coordinated through AvantStay. This includes rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, dinners or other events.
- Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home.
- No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home.

A maximum of 13 cars can park onsite.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
