Welcome to the Valencia Estate located in Temecula Wine Country. This home is a certificated Short Term Rental with Riverside County #000320

The Valencia Estate is a 5 acre private gated property located in Temecula Wine Country that is secluded enough but still close to the city. Surrounded by lush landscaping and 400 Valencia Orange Trees the real beauty is the breath taking 360 degree view of Temecula, wine country, groves, and mountains. Enter the estate thru security gated private entrance and drive up thru the orange grove. Continue on and you drive up to the estate with ample parking for up to 6 cars. Enter into the wrought iron gate to fountain and front door.

Once you open front door you instantly feel calm and peaceful as you are drawn to walk straight back and check out the View! The home has stylish furnishings that where all purchased with intentions to make your stay the best and most comfortable. The home has distressed hardwood flooring throughout entry, formal living and dining rooms, and the expansive great room with Wet Bar. Great room has all windows on the back wall to enjoy the view. It has a large chef's kitchen with Thermodar appliances and SubZero Fridge.

All bedrooms located on the East Wing and have plush carpeting. CalKing master suite has vaulted ceilings, back wall full of windows and slider direct to back yard and a cozy twin pullout sofa chair. The master bath suite is well appointed with sit down vanity area, 2 large sinks, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in 2 person shower! Bedroom #2 is another mini suite with CalKing bed and private bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 is another mini suite with Cal King Bed as well as a private bathroom with shower and 1 folding resort style twin bed to move where they're needed . Bedroom #4 has queen bed and is directly across from hall full bath with shower/tub.

Head back to the great room where there are two cozy couches along with 4 twin pull out sofa chairs for more sleeping. Step out of the floor to ceiling glass door to the view that you just can't stop starring at! But do stop starring so you can enjoy the large crystal blue pool & spa. The back patio has 2 covered areas one off the master suite and another on the west side that includes BBQ island. After a dip in the pool or spa enter direct into the pool bathroom complete with shower and your own personal sauna to relax even more in!! This house can sleep up to but no more than 14 Adults. The pricing quoted is at 8 adults with additional charges per night per guest starting at $20 per night.

The estate is located off Temecula's new wine country trail and close to Leonesse Cellars Winery, Cougar Winery, De Anza Del Sol, and Robert Renzoni Vineyards to name just a few.

We spent a weekend at this beautiful, spacious, well equipped house and really enjoyed it. The sauna, spa, pool, game room, as well as comfortable beds and huge kitchen with excellent appliances brought so much entrainment and comfort.

The view, the property, the home. Everything was beautiful. There was only 5 of us so we had more than enough space and accommodations. We walked around the property and picked a couple oranges and made fresh OJ which was delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

This property is beautifully located in Temecula with an outstanding view. The property is older so a couple of maintenance issues occurred in one bathroom.( Toilet running and a broken light fixture. The owner was very responsive and got it fixed the next day.

Home was incredible, the photos don’t do it justice! Three of the four bedrooms have attached bathrooms, which was so great for us. Property was tidy and well stocked with the basics. We really appreciated the layout of the home, as the bedrooms were on one side of the house and kitchen/living room on the other. The backyard has an outdoor dining area, hot tub, pool, and lounge area! The home sits on top of a hill, the sunrises and sunsets are AMAZING!Weirdly though, there were huge dog poops scattered through out the lawn area when we arrived - maybe the maintenance people missed picking them up prior to our arrival. We were in town for a wedding, had to instruct Ubers to utilize the gate code and come up the long drive way. Also, it’s a 15-20min drive to about anything like restaurants, Walmart, coffee, etc.The host of this property was pretty responsive! The property came with a binder of instructions and the typical FYI info, and there are signage and labeling scattered thru out the home. I did find it weird that the Host charges extra to heat the pool and hot-tub during your stay (so read the fine print haha), but since we booked this property in the summer, we only requested to have the hot-tub heating fee added. Would be a great home for a girl’s weekend away, friends gathering for a wedding, etc! Clean, tidy, well furnished - would stay here again if in Temecula!

The perfect family getaway

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house. It was all I needed it to be. My family enjoyed themselves. It had something for all ages. The gounds are amazing. The orange trees and hike in the orchard was the best part. Listening to my daughters laugh and my wife enjoyed herself. I couldn't have asked for a better and more relaxing time. THANK YOU!

Our family’s third time staying at Valencia Estates celebrating mom’s 97th birthday and we can’t wait for the fourth! This is the only place she asks to come back to celebrate each year. Highlights are the beautiful views, hanging out by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets and watching the hot air balloons in the early mornings. Also, picking oranges and making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus! Stephanie is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Thank you for another memorable stay!

Spectacular view and great family property

For our family with children under 15, it was a perfect choice. Massive rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. The hot tub and spa were great. The views from the house and patio are magnificent. It has a well-worn feel that for us was perfect since we have children. You can really have a nice time in this house.

Great place to stay with your family!

My adult children, my one year-old grandson, my 84-year-old mother, and my amazing husband were all able to attend my beautiful goddaughter’s wedding with me in California. My goddaughter‘s wedding party was staying in Temecula so my daughter-in-law found us this house on VRBO. What a wonderful place to stay with my family. Just make sure that you are awareif you want the pool heated, there is an additional cost.

The house is in a beautiful location. Oranges made best juice. House needs updating and little TLC. Master toilet runs after flushing. And pots and pans need to be replaced as many are not usable. We did enjoy our stay, it was very peaceful.

Beautiful property!

The pictures are very accurate! Beautiful home and scenery. Yes, there are mice, but it was quite a game with our mouse patrol and setting up mousetrapsl. (Mice could be better controlled with exterminators in to close up any openings, which we did. Directions to the stovetop would be helpful as we were unfamiliar with this type of stove. Main bedroom shower handle was broken and shower had low water pressure. Sauna light is broken. We replaced the lightbulb, but it still did not work. It was frustrating that there were no dish cloths--plenty of dish towels though! There is no access to walkers through the gate from the inside and we had to climb over the gate to walk on the road.The home is beautiful, sacious, and beds very comfortable! The hosts responded quickly to our emails. We had a delightful vacation!!
