This Tuscan style home in Temecula wine country is a spacious, elegant property with a warm, welcoming feel. The beautiful back yard has a pool and spa with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade, as well as outdoor dining areas for al fresco meals. The built in BBQ bar is perfectly placed to enjoy chatting with friends while the family frolics in the pool until dinner is served. This is an ideal spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the local wineries, or to entertain friends and family on warm summer evenings.

Or take the relaxing inside where the warm, earthy tones, terra cotta tile floors and comfortable, rustic furnishings await. The newly remodeled kitchen is a chef's dream, with a large island, plenty of counter space, and top-of-the-line appliances. The lovely courtyard located at the center of the home has romantic market lights, a wood burning fireplace and is a great place to sneak away for a little quiet time. Or challenge your family and friends to a game of pool if you're up for some competition.

All of the bedrooms are spacious and inviting, with cozy beds and plush linens. The master suite has a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The downstairs bedroom is adjacent to a full office for those times when you can't escape from working remotely.

It’s a beautiful home in a nice quiet area with gorgeous views. The guest toilet does run constantly and the plug had to be manually closed. The Master toilet was fixed but is very sensitive to the way it’s flushed. The kitchen had everything we needed.We would definitely come back to this property.

Check in was easy and I was allowed to check in early which was a plus. The weather was perfect and with enough sitting areas on the patio my extended family were able to dine al fresco and enjoy the sunshine and views on Thanksgiving day. The unheated pool was too cold for a swim but the young adults did make use of the hot tub. Although I was happy enough with the house there are a few things that need to be fixed. The screen doors to the atrium and back door need to be replaced. The shower in the downstairs bathroom worked one day and not the next. One of the burners on the stove did not work and one of the lights to the pool area was out. But even with these minor inconveniences, the holiday with extended family was a success.

The manager Sunny Days was very competent, and helped solve hiccups immediately like enabling spa heat and solving a tripped AC breaker. We paid for optional spa heat which is essential in October. The kids loved the plunge pool and warm spa. The hilltop location amidst wine country with great restaurants and hot air balloons all around was terrific.

The stay was great. No major issues..tbe 45db sign and sound limits were a bit ridiculis seeing that the pool motors and the water fall was reading 72db without any talking..lol normal indoor conversation is between 70-75 db.. not enough trash bags available to clean up. Internet code was wrong and once we connected it was extreamly slow..could not use it. All in all a great experience

Nice place that is showing its age. Everything works, appliances, a/c, pool filter. Built in bbq did not work but a portable grill was provided. The check-in/out process was a breeze. Everyone working at Sunny days was nice and helpful.

Arrival went well except the AC wasn’t working when we arrived. Had to call for help. First day in the pool the gardeners were there all day trimming trees and leaves and dirt getting in pool . The waterfall feature was not working. One of the barstool chairs in the kitchen is broken. A rat fell in pool and we had to net it out. Master shower takes along time for the water to heat up. Over all size of property met our needs. Just wasn’t kept up and seems like the property is in need of attention.

Second time staying at this property. Last time was summe2023. Wow, has it gone downhill. Not sure where to start. The owners/management have really let things go. House was not clean. Floors were not mopped or cleaned properly, even found a pill on the floor. Luckily my granddaughter didn’t find it first. carpet on the stairs was gross. Light bulbs in multiple fixtures in different rooms burned out and some even missing. Not one bit of hand soap In any of the bathrooms or kitchen. Didn’t know I had to bring my own..Old band aid and hair tie at the pool area. Piles of tiles that have broken off the pool scattered all around the ground. Nobody bothers to clean that area at all. Old Cheerios were on the ground. Waterfall broken and clearly has not been working for a very long time. Wish I knew it was down before rebooking. Apparently, yard work isn’t a thing there anymore. weeds as tall as my grandson, dead bush by the pool. Pool could have been cleaner. FYI, pool guy came and wasn’t even there for 15minutes. Jacuzzi was great. Nice and hot. Worked very well. The pool light in the shallow end did not work so at night it was very dark and dangerous maneuvering the steps. My pregnant daughter slipped. Outside kitchen Broken. They have added BBQ. Outside toilet broken. It was so disappointing because it’s a fabulous house. Lots of space. The ac also worked well. It needs serious updating and a good deep clean. The investment needs to be properly kept up.

Location was great, conveniently near most wineries and about 10 minutes away to Old Town. However, the landscaping needs a lot of help. Overgrown weeds (huge dead ugly plant near pool chairs needs removal), trash, and old, unusable pool toys near the pool was an eye soar. Large portions of dead grass all over the property, spider webs that literally wrap around trees. Pool has black algae at the water line and numerous broken tiles around the spa surface (leaving a sharp, dangerous place where you would place your arms). Misplaced tiles were left on the pool deck. Pool waterfall does not work. When asked for help with this, it was unclear if they were able to get it to work. We started sweeping the house as soon we got there. Carpet on stairs do not get cleaned and needs replacement. The courtyard had black algae due to water puddles that we also had to scrub clean in order to use the table. Outside built-in grill did not work, but another one was provided. Staff offered to send a cleaning crew, but we didn’t want to have to plan our whole day around this. I sent photos to them so they can consult with the landscapers/ cleaners for improvement.Bedding/towels, bathrooms, toilets were clean. A/C worked great. One stove burner would not light.It’s unfortunate to have experienced so many issues with such a beautiful estate. Hopefully these things will improve, as there is so much potential here. Owners/managers seem to have just let it go.

Pros: great location, great views, spacious, comfortable beds, quiet area, plenty of parking.Cons: spa did not work upon arrival and required a service to come out and clean the clog filter. Pool had significant algae and required service. After several days it cleared up enough to swim,but there are still significant algae stains on the walls. I requested a partial refund for the spa charge, but the process seems unnecessarily, complicated, and slow.Multiple shades were broken throughout the house.
