The staff were so helpful, happy and just made a stressful time easy and pleasant. The room was gorgeous with a very comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom. We were sad to leave. "My son and I overall enjoyed our stay here. Room and facilities though has signs of exterior & interior run down but for us as long as bed is comfortable, aircond works fine cold and bathroom clean with good shower & toilet that is good. Plus breakfast buffet was great too with variety of local and western dishes. Swimming pool was not very clean as how it used to be back then and it's shower / change room does not provide shower gel & shampoo like before which is a bit of nuiscance since I was...

"My second visit to this hotel and I was not disappointed. I always book a room with access to the Club Lounge, as the variety, food and service are excellent. A special shout out to Puspah and the other staff in the Club, as they really look after you. PJ's bar on the roof is very good, plus it has an outdoor space for smokers that doesn't bother other guests. Very convenient for the Paradigm mall if you need to do some shopping or want alternatives to hotel food. "
