Priced for the mountain adventurer in all of us, this sunny-side studio is the

perfect basecamp for a solo traveler or couple looking to enjoy all that our

mountain hamlet has to offer. With a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, shared

hot tub & an adorable private balcony perfectly positioned for sunsets, the

Sunnyside Studio has you within walking distance to Lift 7, the gondola, our

historic downtown & several classic trailheads!



The

Sunnyside is a second-floor studio located within a small condo building on the

west side of town. Sliding glass doors on the west side of the kitchen exit

onto a small private balcony with a small table & two chairs overlooking a

quiet grassy courtyard shaded by aspen trees with sunset light coming in from

down valley. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, four

burner stove, large island, black granite countertops, and is stocked with the

basics to cook meals at home. Fully furnished with queen size bed, comfy couch,

and barstools around the kitchen island, a smart TV, and cozy electric

"fireplace." Hardwood floors throughout the main room with quartzite

tile in the entry hall and bathroom. Vanity/sink in bathroom is separate from

bathtub/shower and toilet. We have a dryer in our unit, but not a washer;

coin-op washer is in laundry room in neighboring building. You can park your

vehicle off-street in the parking lot.

We had an amazing little vacation in Telluride, and this condo was a great place to stay!! It is in walking distance from everything you need! Market, liquor store, the town square, the gondola, shuttle/bus stops, restaurants, shopping, etc!! Every single person we spoke to in Telluride was incredibly friendly and helpful! The hike to Bridal Veil Falls was quite challenging but very worth it! I have my ankles fused, so it was a bit of a struggle for me, but I was determined to make it! We also made the short trip to Alta Ghost town, and what a view!! I do recommend a 44 vehicle there. We took our Sedan, and it was a little scary. :) Luke was an amazing host!! He answered our questions before we booked very quickly, and sent us a Telluride guidebook for guidance during our visit full of tips of where to visit and great places to eat! When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and a few beers ready to start our vacation!! The Kind bars were a nice touch also and very helpful because we hiked Bridal Veil Falls trail the morning after we got there, and we didn't have to pick up a snack before our hike! He thought of everything, and we are very grateful! I highly recommend staying here!! It made for a perfect little vacation for us!! And Telluride is an amazing town to visit!! I live close to Jackson Hole and have stayed in Jackson, WY many times, and the friendliness, overall vibe, and atmosphere of Telluride blows Jackson out of the water!! Huge thank you for having us!!

Overall a disappointing experience. Just lots of little things off (had to request hand soap in the bathroom TWICE, broken coffee maker, dirty bathroom, no lid on laundry soap, inaccurate trash instructions, wrong name on welcome sign, etc.). And the host had an attitude when I raised a couple of the bigger issues, blaming his cleaning crew instead of just apologizing and fixing it. The location was nice & the bed was comfy, but although I'm usually a VERY easy guest (never complain), these are just simple things that are unacceptable when you're paying 330 a night. Ultimately, I wouldn't stay here again.

Great apartment

This was a perfect place to stay for 5 days of skiing at Telluride. For 10/day, we stored our boot bags at Telluride Sports at the base of Lift 7 every day and left our skis there at night. Was perfect when we needed to shed a layer -- skiied right down to our bags. Loved the nice walk into town every night for dinner. Apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. Only thing missing was tin foil/ziploc bags.

Convenient and clean location!

We’ve stayed in this apartment complex a couple of other times at different apartments. This one was by far our favorite! I loved the large studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s also such a small thing, but they made sure to have plenty of extra TP, towels, and ample kitchen supplies!

Superb stay

Sunnyside studio was the perfect spot for our 3 night stay in Telluride. The studio is perfectly appointed with all you need for a self-catering stay and is within a few minutes walk to the grocery store. However if you fancy dining out it is also only a short stroll to downtown and plenty of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to the gondola and chair access for skiing as well. We loved our stay at Sunnyside and hope to come back again.

Gorgeous & Cozy Condo

This property was amazing! It’s so close to everything, we never needed our car and we’re able to walk everywhere. Check in process was a breeze! The owner was very communicative and sent over through and complete check in/check out instructions that included recommendations for nearby to-dos. The place inside was so cozy, had a warm vibe and had everything we needed for two people. Washer/drier in unit which is rare for a condo, plenty of towels, full kitchen with fridge, stove and island. Cute balcony with a view that included a bistro set for morning coffee. They even left a bottle of wine for us which was a thoughtful and generous touch! I would highly recommend this property and we’ll be sure to stay again!

Quick stay

Everything in the studio was wonderful. Had just about everything we needed to use. We just needed to get the groceries. No complaints whatsoever! Will be booking here again next summer! Communication was great, trash was easy to find and take out, and complex was pretty quiet!
