  • Recently refreshed, Spiral Stairs 4A&B is a comfortable and perfectly located three-bedroom, two-bath condominium in the Gondola Corridor! Spiral Stairs features a fully equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with a King, a private second bedroom with a King and en suite bathroom, and a Captain's bunk in the third bedroom. The master bedroom has a Smart TV for all your streaming needs, and there are brand new blue tooth speakers in each bedroom. Please note Spiral Stairs #4 is on the second floor and there is no elevator.

    Easy access to Telluride's attractions and affordability make this a perfect choice for the budget-minded traveler. The Gondola and Lift 8 base is an easy flat block walk. Looking for a restaurant or want to shop in Town? Main Street is two short blocks from the condo. The living room has wonderful views of the end of the box canyon, and the unit has an eclectic ambiance. The condo has cable tv, a coin-operated laundry room in the building, and covered parking. Spiral Stairs is just the right spot for your Telluride Vacation!

Rooms had a bit of wear and tear and we had a hard time figuring out temperature. The location is VERY convenient and the condo was very clean! It also had far more stuff (bathroom necessities and kitchen necessities) than any other place I have stayed!

Walking distance to everything

Our stay was great and not more than a block or two from the Gondola, restaurants and shops. The property was updated and had everything we needed to be comfortable and entertained.

Summer in Telluride

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean and well equipped. Walking distance to gondola, trails and shops & restaurants! Wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit. But would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay there again!

Beautiful Tellluride

Views from the living room couldn't be beat, the condo was clean and the location was superb. The condo was also well stocked. If you want to do laundry, you'll need to use the condo's community laundry that uses coins. We would highly recommend this condo to others.

Awesome location!

Amazing location in Telluride! Only downside was it was HOT. Some windows didn’t open and one bedroom didn’t have screens on the windows and they opened right to a shared patio (not a huge deal, but couldn’t leave the windows open at night to cool the room down). There were plenty of fans to use in the rental though. Overall, a pleasant stay with unbeatable location.

Perfect - Excellent Location

First things first, the location. It couldn't have been better. About a block and a half from the gondola, breweries on both sides, a liquor/beer store below, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We didnt get in a vehicle one time the entire week and we ate sushi/thai/steak/pizza/bar food. The place was clean and had ample space for 4 friends on a guys trip, and could have even added a 5th because the couch was comfortable. Check in and out process was seamless. Telluride was the best overall ski vacation experience I ever had. When I go back, I won't even shop around for another place, I'll rebook this condo.

Nice place. Well furnished. Great Location.

Very comfortable, cozy beds and comfortable lounging area. Fantastic location right in town a half a block from the gondola. Looks like owners use the place and have it well furnished with cookware, appliances, teas, spices, etc. Only issue we had was with trying to understand how parking worked for a second car. It's not made very clear in the communications from the property manager (but they very much cleared things up eventually). It would be good to put something in the binder about parking on the street.

Great Place Close to Gondola

We had an incredible stay in Telluride! The location of the condo was perfect—literally just a one-minute walk (maybe two if you're in ski boots) from the Gondola. It was conveniently situated above a liquor store and next to several fantastic restaurants, with a market and the rest of downtown just a short stroll away. We didn't even need to touch our rental car the entire week!The condo itself was well-equipped with everything we could have needed. The kitchen was a highlight, complete with a Nespresso machine and even an Instant Pot. The only minor downsides were the lack of a fireplace (a small thing, but something we missed) and the WiFi speed, which wasn’t always the fastest. Luckily, I was able to head over to Telluride Brewing for a beer and a bit of work while using their WiFi—so it turned into a win-win!Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutey UNCOMFORTABLE

The location of this property was superb, close to everything, bars, restaurants, shopping, and the lifts.Ill warn you, there isnt a comfortable chair, bed, pillow, or couch to be found. The bed was too freaking soft and the pillows squish up around your face when you lay down. For a unit charging a thousand dollars a night (after all the BS fees) you would think youre getting a comfortable place. WRONG! We didnt sleep well the entire week we were there, which you need when you're skiing/snowboarding. Ill never use the same service or stay at this place again. Honestly I've stayed at more comfortable Best Westerns than this.i wish i had two more hands so i could give this place four thumbs down.

Spacious and convenient location but entrance to building is not nice

I think the pros and cons equal out on this place. It's older and kitchen supplies are adequate. Location excellent so that's what you pay for. Bathrooms are good. The management interaction was only needed once to check in but it was terrible. Made me feel like they were doing me a favor. Then the lady told me to sign a paper to acknowledge that it could be shown with 24 hr notice (it's for sale). I said that we should have been told this before and she said "it's on the listing". I know it wasn't and checked that day again and it wasn't mentioned. It was unlikely to be shown since it was thanksgiving but it was annoying to be barked at in this way. We were paying a lot for a couple nights during off season. - This is why we prefer to find rentals from owners that are not managed by a company. So little warmth and customer service. Luckily, for our family, we didn't need any help and even figured out how to hook up the Internet modem which was in a box. Overall, it was a fine short stay for us.
