Luxury Telluride Mt Village Ski-In/Ski-Out home next to lift 10 & Double Cabins ski trail. Private log & stone retreat offers perfect blend of elegance & rustic architecture. Stunning views of San Sophia Ridge from almost every room.

4,800 sq ft, 5 BR + loft, 4.5 bathroom home situated high up in an exclusive neighborhood on Polecat Lane. Private hot tub, upscale furniture, beautiful great room & views, 3 stone gas fireplaces, gourmet kitchen with Viking & DCS appliances & breakfast nook, WiFI, flat panel LCD TVs, steam shower, & several decks! Sleeps 15. Master BR has king bed & other 3 main level BRs have king, queen, & 2 twin beds. Downstairs BR--queen bed and extra twin pull out bed. Loft has 4 twin beds with hiding place for kids.

Store gear in separate heated ski room with lockers. Free Dial-A-Ride picks you up in an SUV & takes you anywhere in Mt Village. 1 mile from grocery store & Gondola parking.

- This home is NON-smoking. Our cleaning staff reports evidence of smoking to us after each checkout. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 fee.

Great property with spacious rooms and ready to use; well equipped. The property is one house away from the slope, almost ski in-ski out (about 100 meters walk).

Great house for our large group with kids. Everyone was able to spread out. Kitchen fully stocked which helped as we were coming in from the east coast. Ski on/off location can’t be beat. Owner communication was excellent.

We had a lovely stay at this home, the location was great and allowed for ski in as advertised. The rooms were comfortable and the gathering spaces throughout the home, kitchen and sitting areas made it easy to sit around and catch up with friends. It was a bummer that the driveway was so icy! This made it dangerous for cars and for us coming up and down, one of our guests transport got stuck on departure day and almost missed their flight. I wish this had been addressed. There also seems to be a challenge with the heating system, we all like it cool and no one was turning up the thermostat, but all guests with the exception of the master mentioned that it got very hot during the night, not sure if this was an auto setting. The fireplaces in the main room left something to be desired and we could not get the one in the master to light at all. Overall all exceptional stay, just sharing details in case you are like me and like to read the reviews to know of any things to prepare for going in.

July 4th with the family

Had a great stay with the family. The house is very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and the hot tub was a welcome post hiking treat. Great kitchen for cooking meals with the family. Lot's of room at the tables for playing cards. The dial a ride is super convenient access to the gondola. We saw a bear wander through the woods from the back patio and there were an abundance of deer and elk all over.

Linh was so helpful and accommodating- letting us check in early, and out late. The house felt clean and luxurious. We really appreciated the space and how it met all of our needs. Thank you for making our Telluride trip work so seamlessly.

Great Mountain Village Property

The hosts went out of their way to provide everything we needed for our vacation. Extras included plenty of paper goods, seasonings, all kitchen needs and even gave us access to alcohol (didn’t use it, but they offered). Very responsive and made our trip so comfortable!

Incredible Stay & Amazing Communication

We rented Kim and Linh's beautiful home while we were in Telluride working a large event. It was the perfect place for my staff to rest their heads and relax in the hot tub after a long day of work. Their communication was so thoughtful and kind. We hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful mountain retreat

Beautiful home in Mountain Village, convenient by gondola to Telluride. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the retreat nature of this home. We found it to be very well stocked, with a well-equipped kitchen, luxury linens, and plenty of towels for a large group. Owners were very communicative and easy to work with. If your experience is anything like ours, you will not regret booking this property!

Great Property in Mountain Village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pics and descriptions on the VRBO site were accurate. The home was very well stocked, especially the kitchen which we used to cook for our group of 12. The owner was wonderful to work with and was quick to respond to a few questions we had about minor things during our week long stay.
