"Location is great to get around Interlaken and explore either the city itself or grab a train to the surrounding areas. Breakfast was standard spread but also freshly made items on request. Everything was delicious. Staff were super helpful and pleasant, we had iffy weather and they had pamphlets on rainy/cloudy day options which we took advantage of. No issues during our stay since it was chilly but people did mention lack of AC in the summer being a problem - that said, we had many windows and...

Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. "Self checkin and checkout was very convenient. Hotel had very clean rooms, bathrooms, beds, comforters. Included breakfast was good to start the day strong. We didn’t have any pets but it definitely seemed pet friendly hotel. We saw a lovely cat always sleeping in the chair by the reception desk. Loved our short stay and will definitely come back in future."
