"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"Hej underbart och ägaren var väldigt hjälpsam och gjorde min korta vistelse helt fantastisk."

"El hotel en general está bien, solo que se me hizo un poco viejo, la habitación estaba muy amplia aunque no me encantó su decoración, pero tenía balcón con vista bonita, el desayuno estaba súper bien y tienen el servicio de ir por ti a la estación, en general muy bien todo."

"All was good!"

"Excellent"

"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...

"Thankfully this wasn’t my first trip to Saas-Fee or I’d never go back… I’ve been going for more than 10 years and we have a place in the village but needed somewhere bigger to accommodate family. Topline… the place is well past its sell by date and the interaction with the hosts - Saas Holidays - wasn’t great. On arrival we had our apartment number on our booking and told the concierge on the phone. He said that he didn’t have the booking reference so as long as we had the number on our...

"El hotel está precioso, el staff muy amable, su desayuno muy completo y muy rico, todo perfecto !! Felicidades una excelente experiencia."

"A superb location with great views and super friendly service, thank you."

"Good location walkable distance to CittCity Centre and train stations. We selected a room with a balcony that can see the Matterhorn but it’s a big pity that there is a construction crane in the foreground during our stay. Breakfast area is very cosy."

"Amazing view of Matterhorn from window, Away from hustle and bustle of Main Street, quiet and nice."
