"Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "

"Our deluxe room in The Mansfield House was spacious, clean and well located. The staff from front desk to the reception and wait staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Parking was plentiful and well placed. We had an outstanding dinner at the Wip bar one night and delicious dessert after dinner at another place the next night. Both were outstanding."

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean but shower had mildew. Bathroom floor tiles had gaps along the wall. A piece of trim would have finished it off. Front lobby windows dirty and had a musty smell. Some nice amenities were water and cookies in the room as a welcome. Robes provided. Continental breakfast was adequate but pretty much the same each day. Fruit, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Pool was nice and well maintained. Bar and entertainment on...
