  • Situado en el pintoresco pueblo costero de Shaldon, Seascape Cottage es un encantador período de Fisherman's Cottage que a lo largo de los años ha sido modernizado con simpatía, conservando muchas características originales. Dormir 6-7 personas esta cabaña perfectamente proporcionada es amigable para perros e ideal para familias y grupos de adultos por igual.

    En tres plantas, todas las habitaciones han sido elegantemente amuebladas con un alto nivel. La planta baja tiene suelos duros originales en todo y un salón con muebles cómodos, chimenea y todas las comodidades. La moderna cocina de estilo shaker funciona a la perfección con las características de la época y está equipada con todos los artículos indispensables. El comedor con techo acristalado abovedado da acceso al pintoresco patio cerrado con mesa de bar y sillas.

    El primer piso tiene dos habitaciones; un súper rey que se puede adaptar fácilmente a una habitación con dos camas individuales y una habitación triple con literas (una habitación doble con una individual en la parte superior). El moderno baño familiar tiene bañera y ducha. Desde el primer piso puede acceder a la carretera en la parte trasera de la propiedad, Top Cliff, a través de una pequeña terraza.

    En la planta superior hay una habitación con cama extragrande que goza de mucha luz natural y vistas al estuario de Teign.

    Los propietarios han proporcionado todo lo que pueda necesitar, desde artículos de tocador de lujo hasta boles para perros, rieles de cama y puertas de escaleras.

    Seascape se encuentra a un corto paseo de las numerosas comodidades de Shaldon, donde puedes encontrar una carnicería, panadería, tienda de pueblo, tiendas de regalos, pubs y restaurantes en abundancia.
    También conocido como el pueblo de los bebedores con un problema de pesca, Shaldon es un idílico pueblo de pescadores con cabañas de adobe y calles estrechas y ventosas. Disfrute de las playas de color rojo rubí, que incluyen ir a Ness Cove a través de un túnel de contrabandistas, el Shaldon Wildlife Zoo y muchas otras actividades locales en la puerta de su casa.

Really lovely, character cottage in a fabulous location. All the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday with the added bonus of a great pub across the road. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at Seascape. We had everything we needed there and the place was spotless. Parking / unloading wasn't an issue at all and accessing the key was a piece of cake. An excellent location and a lovely home for a pleasant stay in Shaldon!

Excellent place to explore the local area. Rooms nice and clean and well equipped. Bedrooms were a lovely size, bright and airy.Close to local amenities. We would recommend the local bakery, particulalry the Uglibuns and we had a great meal at the London Inn.

Great location, nice beds and a good shower, parking a little tricky on arrival (had to park in village) and the beach has no dogs on the main bit for April 1st (all day) Overall, a nice cottage

Really enjoyed are stay in this cute little cottage which has so nice quirky features, a few minutes walk to the beach and shops in Shaldon. We would stay again

Heerlijke week gehad! Sfeervol huis, gezellig ingericht. Shaldon is een prachtig dorp meteen goede bakker en slagerij. Leuke pubs en restaurants. Veel te doen in de omgeving

Lovely Quirky Cottage

Ideally placed loved Shaldon. Super comfy beds. Was a little disappointed with lack of garden area for dog but we managed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Shaldon

Blown away by how lovely Shaldon is. The home is lovely and matches the pictures exactly. On top of Shaldon, so getting about is really easy.

charming cottage

we enjoyed the cottage although the road is very busy (and noisy!). it is beautifully modernisedf and furnished with everything you could need. the bed was very comfortable. the local shops were wonderful with everyone very friendly and the butcher derserves a special mention. his meat was superb. we enjoyed the coast and watching the bowls on the green.

A great house in a fab location.

We loved the location of the property, the top floor is a real escape and the children loved their room. 2 bathrooms is a must with 7 and the whole process was so easy! We had a great time and the coffee you supplied was excellent! Thanks again. Craig and Helen.

Lovely hols

Lovely little cottage well equipped, plenty of places to park. Ideal to walk into Shaldon which is lovely. The cottage had two flights of stairs and extremely comfortable beds and linen, towels. Lots of hot water for showers . We were a bit disappointed to find the cottage the other end of Shaldon as the photo advertising this cottage shows the beach . It gives the impression the cottage is overlooking the beach. Which it’s not.

Comfortable and well equipped house in lovely seaside village

Comfortable and nicely decorated house but you will need to watch your head if over 5’ 6 “ as several low doorways - the property is a short walk from the lovely village of Shaldon. Well equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Nice dining area and small outside space. Lots of information, games, books etc for those rainy days. The house is right on Ringmore road which although not a main road and with a supposed 20 mile speed limit is actually quite busy and the traffic noise is noticeable. Shaldon itself is a well serviced village with a great butcher, bakery, post office, village store and several pubs and cafes. Also a jigsaw library! There is a beach, botanical gardens, small zoo and interesting tunnel to access a good sunbathing beach. Teignmouth and trains up and down the coast can be reached easily by ferry from the village beach. All in all a lovely place to stay

Lovely cottage

Had a great few days in this cosy, quirky cottage which has some lovely features. Comfy beds and plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys! Always found parking on salty lane which is a 2 minute walk from the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay in a friendly coastal village

The cottage was so cosy and had all we needed for a fabulous stay. The cottage is clean and well appointed and they have made good use of the space. It is a short walk to the village which has a friendly local feel, and a small beach. Parking is round the corner and the location made a good base for visiting south Devon attractions and Dartmoor.

Lovely cottage

Lovely cottage and Sara was very accommodating, cottage was excellent and had all of the stuff we needed. Parking was a street away and there was parks very close to walk the dog. Location was handy for walking into town. Would definitely recommend.
