"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Worst Housekeeping Management I've Ever Experienced We are a family of four with two young children, one of whom was sick during our stay, and our experience at Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo was absolutely terrible. I have never seen such poor housekeeping management and such a complete lack of communication between housekeeping staff and the front desk. "Noisy A/C"

"The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!"
