"I really enjoyed my stay here! It was quiet, right in the middle of downtown and easily accessible! Staff allowed us to check in early, and held our luggage after we checked out so we could still enjoy our time in Seattle! They were super responsive when we had an issue in our room, and always kind and helpful! Should I ever come back to Seattle, I'd stay here again for sure! Thank you all!"

"Didn't actually like anything other than our room being just across from the elevators on floor 5. You can't access the elevators without scanning your room card and you can't pick your floor until you find the scanner. No arrows or lit up light showing where you scan. And until you scan your floor the elevator doesn't go anywhere. We were stuck inside on the first floor until somebody was going to go up. When the doors opened we got off.
