"This was a terrible experience. The hotel itself did not feel safe, people outside were doing drugs and alcohol at all hours. The refrigerator did not work, the tv did not work. The front desk refused a refund, the owner hung up on me when I called asking for some type of refund. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could cave in, the shower had rust stains. Stay far away from this hotel they should be shut down."

"Unfortunately there was a used condom in our room on the floor. Our shower curtain was torn and could not keep the water inside the tub and soaked the floor. The rugs smelled really bad, like a wet dog. This is NOT what I’m used to with LaQuinta. I’ve stayed in LaQuinta literally across the country and it definitely depends on who is managing and the staff if it will be a good stay. Latham LaQuinta let us down. "Lobby needs a restroom. Had gotten 2 rooms. One room had a strong odor, maybe too much scented rug cleaner. Both rooms were clean. No outlets for charging electronic devices. Staff friendly, area decent. Overall worth the money. I would stay again."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....
