Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
I want to start by saying that the hotel was clean, location was close by main attractions and overall It was a good place to stay. However, there were few situations that made our stay not remarkable.
Ramada is a family hotel, therefore you will have lots of kids and young children running around. I am mentioning this because we stayed three nights, and around 6:30 am there were kids yelling at the corridors and running. Throwing doors and making noises. Unfortunately, for us the day that we arrived, there was a bus with 20+ people checking in into hotel. Breakfast was not included for us, we decided to try the buffet and the amount of people eating was overwhelming, we had no tables to sit and had to wait for people to finish. The food was ok, but Georgian cuisine its delicious. Nothing local was displayed in the buffet. Its better to eat around the area.
Last thing, the AC was not working due the fact that fall weather is here already. But, two nights we had to open the door to get fresh air, one day the weather went up to 23 degrees! And they told us that the AC only works seasonal. So, it was extremely hot in the room that day. We heard few guests complaining about that.
The staff was professional and friendly.
