Luxurious apartment with sea view, swimming pool, private solarium, and 30 glowing reviews

Our luxurious 82m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, plus solarium of 25m2, in a new and modern condominium, offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We thought the layout to make you feel good, as at home and have chosen a qualitative equipment. The apartment has a reversible air conditioning, wifi (Portuguese and English channels) satellite TV (French channels). You will have 2 bedrooms, including a master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom and toilet, a large closet and a terrace. The second bedroom is composed of a bed of 140, a cupboard also arranged and a terrace. A second bathroom, toilet, completes the night area. The kitchen is very well equipped for dishes, appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board ). The living room is composed of a sitting area and a dining area, it opens onto a terrace where you can have your meals facing the pool. On the upper terrace, table 6 seats with corner lounge and deckchairs. The pool is reserved for residents. A code will be given to you to access it. You will find in each bathroom the towels of course supplied. In order to avoid you carrying the heavy and bulky beach towel in your suitcase, we will provide you with one per person for the beach, to be returned with the linen at the end of the week. And of course basic products will be present in the kitchen as well as cleaning products. The Tavira region is preserved from concreting and damage caused by mass tourism, buildings are not more than 3 floors. The region reveals, like that of Faro, the landscape of a lagoon, where stretch beautiful beaches accessible by boat. Other very picturesque beaches like Praia do Barril, the village of Pedras d'el Rei, Luz de Tavira, Cancela Velha, hamlet nestled around the ruins of a medieval fortress. Tavira, cited in 37 churches, is a cultural heritage of rare beauty. For golfers: Golf "Benamor Golf" 5 minutes from the apartment, Equestrian ride: Tavira Equestrian. Nearby train station for Faro, Lisbon, Villa Real (Spanish border). Supermarket, pharmacy, lingerie, bars and restaurants are also just minutes away. For shopaholics: Continent shopping center with its beautiful shopping mall 3 km from the apartment. In Tavira do not miss the mercado, you will find all kinds of fresh fish, and fruits and vegetables directly from the producers. We acquired this apartment after discovering the beautiful region that is the Algarve. We are retired, and have decided to offer it for rent for periods when our children and we can not enjoy it.
Please treat our apartment as your own home.
The apartment is located in a complex, think of other guests and residents, follow the regulations of the condominium.

2 couples enjoyed a peaceful holiday

The property was in a quiet location but within 15 minutes walk of several bars and restaurants. Supermarket was also close to get provisions. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Living area also very good. We breakfast in the balcony in the morning and also used the solarium with 4 sunbeds every day. The kitchen is very well equipped. I would definitely stay again in this area.

Excelente ... Realmente quando a proprietaria refere cuide da minha casa como se fosse sua... Compreende se tem tudo como se tivesse em casa, bem cuidada e decorada. Apenas o chuveiro da casa de banho podia ser substituido ja que so numa posicao deita agua e muito pouca

Zalig plekje, goede verbindingen

We verbleven hier met 3 volwassenen al 14 dagen in januari '24 en ook nu genoten we van de twee terrassen (van oost naar west, 180° zonneschijn) en van het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Goed uitgerust appartement met comfortabele bedden.Het is een rustige omgeving op wandelafstand van het station (5 min.) en Cabanas (20 min.) De eigenaars zorgden voor een farde met informatie (winkels, restaurants, verbindingen,...). We hebben een mooie vakantie doorgebracht.

Absolutely The Best!

Everything was as posted. The quality of the linens and towels plus furniture were all high quality. Ana was a great help during our stay. The location, right by the CP train was quick and easy to travel along the Algarve. The apartment had all the appliances required for a long term stay. I even baked a cake and some muffins while we were there. We biked along the trails to Cabanas and Travira almost everyday. Very convenient location with fabulous restaurants and a very good grocery store with warm and friendly staff, 5 minute walk away. Everything we needed. Even a lovely Church that we attended on Good Friday! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Degelijk uitgerust appartement, apparaten, mooi servies, ... We genoten van de stille buurt, zonnig terras, goede bedden. Mooie palmbomen vlakbij en zicht op oceaan in de verte.

Excelente, a família adorou, local tranquilo muito familiar apartamento espaçoso ( único inconveniente é para quem tem filhos deveria haver e camas de solteiro, num dos quartos) no entanto um apartamento maravilhoso tirando este aparte, piscina muito boa. Uma experiência a repetir.

Lovely property with excellent facilities

We stayed in Gerard & Jocelyne’s property at the beginning of July. It’s a fantastic property, equipped with lots of personal touches. It’s modern and very homely and it was very clean. We loved the roof terrace and the pool was lovely as well. Anna met us and was really helpful. There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away which has everything you need. It’s approximately 20 minutes walk into Cabanas. The local train station is 5 minutes walk, you can travel into Tavira & the other coastal resorts. We would definitely stay here again & didn’t want to leave!

Stunning apartment exactly as described. The cleanliness and thoughtful amenities provided a luxurious and comfortable experience. Communication with the owners was exceptional, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. They were responsive and provided all necessary information, making the experience effortless and convenient. The apartment's design and furnishings were impeccable. The master suite offered a serene retreat with a comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom was equally inviting, with ample storage space and a cosy ambiance. The exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, made meal preparation a pleasure. The living room and dining area were tastefully decorated and opened up to a terrace overlooking the pool. It was a delightful experience to enjoy meals while taking in the peaceful ambiance. The rooftop terrace provided an elevated view and a perfect spot to relax with comfortable seating The pool, exclusively for residents, was a true oasis, and provided a private and serene environment for relaxation under the warm Algarve sun. In conclusion, my stay in this luxurious apartment was exceptional. The owners' commitment to cleanliness, excellent communication, and attention to detail were evident throughout. I highly recommend it and eagerly look forward to returning in the future. Many thanks for making our stay so pleasurable.

Urlaub ander Ostalgarve

Liebe Jocelyne, nochmals vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in eurer wunderschönen Wohnung verbringen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr komfortabel, es hat alles gepasst ... .Wir konnten gut schlafen und unter der Sonnenmarkise am Balkon haben wir gemütlich gefrühstückt. Von der Dachterrasse aus haben wir den Blick aufs Meer genossen. Der kleine Supermarkt und die Bahnstation waren in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und so haben wir das Auto auch öfter mal stehengelassen. Wir hatten schöne Ferien und würden gerne wiederkommen. Ganz herzliche Grüsse und auch ein Dankeschön an Sra. Ana

Prima om te verblijven

Het geheel was heel schoon, goed te om in leven met 4 personen. Een hele grote pre is het dakterras waar het vroeg in het jaar al goed toeven is. De dagelijks wandeling naar Cabanas boulevard om een kopje koffie te doen is geweldig. Tavira zelf is 8 min met de auto, heel gezellig met prima restaurants.

High standards maintained

As returning guests to this apartment we were expecting to be completely satisfied with the accommodation. The owners and local management set a very high standard for cleanliness, comfort and amenity. As a penthouse apartment, the spacious accommodation provides a peaceful location with the benefit of a large roof terrace. It is well equipped for self-catering and is conveniently located with easy access to the local seaside village of Cabanas and the town of Tavira. We were very pleased to spend the last 9 nights of a three week holiday in theAlgarve here and will definitely return.

Fantastic Apartment

We have just returned from a lovely break in sunny Cabanas. The Apartment is bright, airy and clean with good quality modern furniture and lots of little homely touches and had everything you could possibly need. The terraces are nice and sunny with plentiful comfortable seating. We loved the rooftop terrace especially. The apartment is a leisurely 15 minute stroll from the boardwalk in Cabanas with a few local cafe/bars, supermarket and pharmacy within a few minutes walk. The train station is also a few minutes walk away where you can explore more of the Algarve so no need to hire a car. Communication with Jocelyne, the owner and the local agents in Cabanas was excellent. We have been coming to Cabanas for over 10 years and this is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. I would not hesitate to recommend or return to this apartment!

Local com tudo o que efectivamente necessitamos para estadia cómoda, no entanto, descobrimos que o elevador está avariado desde Maio, sem intervenção, sem pré aviso do facto, o apartamento era no 2º piso, poderia ter causado algum transtorno, a entrada da piscina fica a cerca de 150/200 metros é necessário contornar os edificios todos que formam um rectângulo, com miúdos é algo incómodo, contactos com empresa que gere condominio algo dificeis, donos de trato agradável.

Férias com conforto e ambiente agradável.

Propriedade com tudo o que se pode imaginar em termos de pormenores que facilitam o dia a dia. O espaço é agradável e o terraço foi local de visita obrigatória para vermos as estrelas ao fim do dia. A piscina era muito frequentada, mas nós preferimos o mar. Convém ter carro para ir até à praia. Há supermercado e restaurantes nas redondezas.

Sous le soleil de Conceiçao de Tavira

Nous recommandons vivement cette location en Algarve au sud du Portugal et à la frontière avec l'Espagne pour un séjour en famille. L'appartement est vaste est très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, TV UHD avec les chaines Françaises. Literie et décoration au top, climatisation insonore et efficace. La piscine est peu profonde et permet à toute la famille de s'amuser en toute sécurité. Il y a 2 terrasses avec une jolie vue sur la mer, les étoiles, lever et coucher de soleil. Enfin, les propriétaires sont vigilants et attentifs à ce que tout soit bien organisé pour que vous passiez un bon séjour. Allez-y les yeux fermés :)
