Boaters can take advantage of the 40 foot dock complete with davits and deep water access. Imagine yourself waking up in the top floor master suite, watching the dolphins splashing out on the open water while you plan your day to include a dip in the heated pool before you spend the afternoon lounging in the Florida sun. The home was very accommodating for 10 adults. We all had plenty of room and fantastic sleeping arrangements. The balcony was the perfect place to have coffee and watch the sunrise. The pool was a little warm during the day for our liking but in the evening it was nice to relax in once the air temps cooled down a bit. Overall it was an amazing property in a very convenient area and we would enjoy staying here again next year!

The house is truly amazing and the lagoon it is on is so lovely. We kayaked every day and saw the crocodile, manatees and lots of birds! The pool was warm (oddly the hot tub not so much) and the breezeway was a terrific place to hang out all day. Sunsets were best watched on the top floor balcony!

Such a beautiful property. We were a large group of friends, five couples. The home was comfortable, spacious, with lovely amenities. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen which had a great subzero fridge & extra ice maker. The two coffee makers definitely came in handy as well. We used the pool daily & enjoyed the game room. We never found the controls to the hot tub though. The rooms were clean, well appointed & comfortable. We saw the gator, dolphin, & manatee from the decks as well. All in all it was hard to leave such a lovely home! Thank you

Fantastic week in a wonderful house

We had a lovely week and were very surprised by the property which was better even than the photos suggested. Perfect place for a large gathering and great communication with the property manager. Would love to stay here again.

Family Trip with Three Generations

We enjoyed the this property very much. It had plenty of room for our three families and amazing views of the water. Being at the endo of the street also provided us with added privacy and less traffic. Having multiple restaurants to walk to is also a plus.

Lovely, peaceful place, great view

It is the lap of luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and barely left the house! Our Florida keys staycation. The manatees greeted us and dolphins sent us off. Fantastic place.

Great week with friends

Had a really good time at this lovely property. Hit Costco on our way down from the airport and made the most of the kitchen and multiple dining areas. Got a glimpse of 2 manatees on our last day. It was everything we hoped it would be!

Winter Family Vacation 2025

Property was amazing! More than we expected. Cleanliness throughout from ramp deck to driveway. Spectacular views of nature including morning greetings from the manatees & dolphins to the nightly curious gator. So many activities provided to keep all ages entertained. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Nothing short of awesome

It met all our expectations. It was clean, had everything you would need for a week stay. Only thing that was a let down was the hot tub was on a timer and not able to be used when you wanted to.
