"Had a wonderful stay. On a busy road but very quiet in rooms and free parking. Everything you need in the room, lovely shower and kitchenette with fridge , nice tv and games in drawers. Bed comfortable . Good choice of breakfast and delivered hot to room at a choice of time . Host very friendly and helpful . Would definitely recommend. "

"When I came into the hotel and was given my room key, the first thing I noticed was the smell of dampness in the room. The carpet had burned marks all over it and stains and in places was missing carpet and built bar floor. The wallpaper was torn off the walls. The room was filthy dirty had not been cleaned and full of dust and dirt smoked disgusting so did the toilet and shower. "Excellent accommodation with restaurant. Menu high quality and good value. We originally planned to eat on only one of the nights of our stay but couldn’t resist a second sitting. Lucky with weather so we’re able to sit and have a drink by the pond. Cooked breakfast a bonus. Quiet setting just outside chard which was easy to find with ample parking"
