Casa Vacanze Chimenti - Tarsia

Located in Tarsia, nestled among the green Calabrian hills and just a short distance from the area’s main attractions, Casa Vacanze Chimenti is a cozy and spacious vacation home, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and comfort.

The house has two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a closet, a single sofa bed, air conditioning, and a mosquito net; and a quadruple bedroom with a bunk bed, two single beds, a closet, and a mosquito net. In total, the accommodation can sleep up to 7 people.

Common areas include a lounge with a TV, free Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and air conditioning, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and all essential amenities.

Outside, guests can enjoy a furnished veranda with a seating area—perfect for outdoor breakfasts—and a barbecue area available for use. Breakfast is included and consists of packaged items to help you start your day with ease.

Pets are allowed; we kindly ask that you take care of the property and its common areas, leaving it in the same condition as you found it.

The property is easily accessible, just 1 km from the Tarsia Nord exit on the A2 Salerno–Reggio Calabria highway, and serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the area. Nearby, you can visit the Lake Tarsia Nature Reserve, the Natural History Museum, Lake Tarsia, and the poignant Ferramonti Concentration Camp, as well as the “Alan Kurdi” International Migrants’ Cemetery.

The historic center of Tarsia and its churches—including the Beata Vergine della Cintura, Saints Peter and Paul, Saints Cosmas and Damian, and Santa Maria del Seggio—tell the story of local history and tradition.

For those who love events, the Tarantarsia festival is a must-see, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves at the “Il Riccio” Educational Park, one of the few permanent cyclocross courses, or on the Calabria Corse tracks dedicated to race cars.
