"When we booked our trip, we called the resort to make an appointment for the spa and we were told to wait until closer to our stay. When we checked in and asked about making a spa appointment, we were told the spa burned down. There was no sign of the spa building that had been at the resort 4 years prior when we stayed there at that time so it obviously burned a long time ago and we should have been told that when we booked the stay. There was an adults only pool which was directly connected...

"The room was very clean other than shower floor, not really an issue though. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The breakfast was super yummy and efficient I would say the only thing that wasn’t as hot would be the tortillas. Other than that very good and tasty. The outdoor pool was good just had a few leaves and insects from the rain earlier that day. Not really a problem. Very nice and deep went up to 5 ft❤️"

Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive.
