"This place is fabulous! Location, amenities, common grounds are beautiful. Our room was outdated. They have slapped some paint on it to make it look better but doors, fixtures, and bathrooms show signs of many years of wear and tear. At the end of the day that didn’t matter. The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and polite. Food was delicious, drinks were great. Overall we would go back any time."

"The town of Comfort has great small town vibes taking a person’s memory back to simpler times. We celebrated July 4th here and Hotel Giles was the perfect place to be. The hotel is close to a few eating establishments and very walkable to them. This hotel is clean and historic with very unique rooms. There is a cool courtyard for guests to enjoy. "This place is beautiful. We were checking in late, after their front desk closed, and they made sure we can enter the room and have a VIP experience. The resort is beautiful. "I liked that it didn't have a hotel feel. I didn't see staff but I also liked that.The room had everything you needed. It had more of a private feel than your usual hotel. Beautiful landscaping with nature all around. The location of Comfort has the feeling of going back in time which was very nice for relaxing vacation."

"The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. 👎👎"
