"The apartment was was great. Very roomy, clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights stay and it would certainly suit a longer stay. The hosts were very responsive and checked in via message several times. The location was perfect. Short driving distance to shopping and the event we were in the city for. "Can’t say enough good about our stay! They went out of their way to make this weekend special for me as I’m a bride to be and booked this stay during my wedding dress shopping trip! My mom also forgot an item and the host was so wonderful about getting it back to us! The stay has GREAT views and the host is SO responsive 10/10!"

The bed was comfy. The host was easy to reach and helpful, and the check-in process was very easy. It met all my needs for a week long stay. "The unit was comfortable and clean however there was a mat around the front of the toilet that looked unsanitary. The lock on the door is difficult to use and locking instructions are not clear. The unit is located around the back of the house, basement suite. The path to the unit is uneven ground, steps and walkway. Very difficult to use while carrying luggage. "Great price in a quiet safe neighborhood close to Halifax. It is a family home so you will hear the sounds of a family getting ready for school starting around 7am. Areas out of direct sight were not cleaned but main areas were okay. Dishes could have been cleaner, or dish soap provided. Overall fine accommodation for a price much better than halifax hotels."

"The suite was spacious and well equipped. Great kitchenette that we could prepare breakfast in the morning.Location was central and no issues accessing downtown area. We ran every morning on hiking trails Kidston Lake Beach and Macintosh Trails. All assessible from the house. Basement suite was fairly quiet and no issues with noise sleeping at night. House rules were clearly outlined and we had no issues respecting them."
