"Sweet little hotel and good staff. The breakfast could be picked up a little bit, I found that many of the dishes were cold when they should’ve been warm and the pastries were not up to standards. Yeah, beer was about $24 when asked for two small beers. Good thing no there’s a grocery store right across the street. Lots of great restaurants around, but don’t eat at the Lebanese one that’s close to the hotel, we sent two dishes back."

"プールバーでのんびりを目的に宿泊しました。朝は混んでいますが、11時から毎日プールの清掃が入ります。その時間から16時くらいまではガラガラになります。プールバーは、ビールが1,000円くらいです。スタッフは常に笑顔で気持ちいい対応です。部屋のシャワーは、水捌け完璧、温度は夜中以外はアツアツ。トイレットペーパーは東南アジア仕様なので、巻きが甘いです。日本から持参して正解。お水も毎日4本補充されます。宿泊客は現地の方が多めの印象。総じてとても良いホテルでした。特にスタッフの方たちの笑顔とホスピタリティが良かったです。"

"Room key didnt work, cleaner let me in. Rather than send me a new key up, i had to go down. No juice in bar, could if got from another bar or restaurant. Card reader in bar not working had to send porter to room to pay. Pool bar unattended. Room service pizza terrible and cant put on room charge and again card reader issues."

"This hotel has many serious issues. The room and common areas had an unpleasant smell. The bath towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and did not appear properly cleaned. Carpet is bad and dirty. The mattresses were worn out and extremely thin, with the springs almost coming through, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The three elevators are insufficient for the number of guests. Around 1 pm in the afternoon, it took between 45 minutes and one hour just to get into an...
