"Cleanliness: room was not cleaned. New towels were put up and that was it. There was a ton of hair and dirt in the bathtub and bathroom sink. After only walking in the room for 5 minutes, the bottom of my socks were black, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom, there was hair and dirt in the bed suggesting that new clean sheets were not put on and the bed was just remade after the last guests used it.
