"Quick and easy check in. Room had been recently renovated and had everything needed and was very clean throughout with soft fluffy towels and fresh smelling linens. Food was great quality both at breakfast and from the main menu later in the day. Make sure you book if you want a table for dinner as it is very popular. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"Beautifull venue, great and very friendly personell. Great room. One minor point, we had a room in the attic and with 30+ and only a ventilator is was very very hot for a long time into the night. But that is the only minor point the staff made up for it in friendlyness and service."

"Gorgeous room with luxurious bathroom. Loved the extra touches like posh hot chocolate and biscuits as part of the tea and coffee supplies in room and water, milk and orange juice in fridge in room. Selection of books to read on shelf and safe for security. Location is fab. Right in the centre of Barmouth. Brilliant free car park and gorgeous breakfast."

" We stayed at The Royston for 1 night - I wish it had been a week. Huge rooms, beautifully styled, super clean and with everything that you need to feel at home. "Stayed on the ground floor. Had a double bed in one room with access to the bathroom. two singles beds sofa comfy chair, tv microwave fridge in another room and access to an outside large patio area. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Ideal location for Fairbourne and surrounding area - you need to go to Dolgellau, Barmouth and try the Precipice Walk and Creggannan Lakes which were lovely walks with stunning views.
