"There was an African-American lady at check-in that was absolutely the sweetest woman in the world. I wish I would’ve got her name or would’ve remembered it. I got there very late at night checked in and she was just so kind. It was the evening July 8."

"Upon arrival 15 minutes before check-in, our room was not ready but we were given another similar room right away. A few things concerned me.
