Nestled between Tampa and Sarasota, with easy access to Clearwater's white sandy beaches, this resort offers an array of amenities to ensure an unforgettable escape.

For your convenience, we've compiled a list of nearby restaurants in the room, so you'll always have a great place to enjoy a meal after golfing, visiting the parks, or shopping at the Premium Outlet Mall.

Inside your room, you'll find all the comforts of home. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, portable double burner stove, toaster oven, and a blender – perfect for crafting your own frozen concoctions. We provide dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, giving you the freedom to heat up leftovers or prepare your meals if you desire. We've also included two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, so you can relax on the private beach or the sundeck while watching the sunset with your freshly made drink.

Great location

Water on both sides and brand new private dock for fishing, Two fabulous restaurants Hook and Sunset Bar and Grill within walking distance. Property manager was in constant communication with us to ensure we had a fabulous trip

Overall property was clean and maintained well.All furnishings were dark Wood which made the whole unit very dark even with drapes open. Information (menus, etc)Needs to be updated. We were only supplied with 1 roll if toilet paper. I think this was an oversight. Overall host takes care of property and us very responsive. Good host

The property was everything it advertised. Location was good.Furnishings were also good. The fishing pier was an exceptional addition. The only negative we have is the lighting is insufficient. The condo is on the dark side of the building so some additional lighting, maybe strip lights in the ceiling would be very helpful.

Peaceful retreat

We enjoyed this peaceful retreat while in town for Pittsburgh Pirates spring training. It’s a couple miles off of the main road so very little traffic, no noise and tons of amenities in the community.

Property NOT in good condition to be enjoyed

If you’re looking for a clean, nice and comfortable room to stay for your vacation then this will disappoint you. The hall way had a strong smell of mold. The room has strong air fresheners to cover up some unpleasant odors. The furnitures look old. The linens of bed are of low quality. The bathroom is very humid. The “white” towels might have been used for many years, even had yellow spots on them! Overall, the cleanness and comfortable level you get only compares to a cheap motel. Although there are some amenities the resort provides——private beach, two restaurants….—which are nice, the room itself really disappoints.

The property was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool . The sunsets were amazing. The two restaurants were good. I really enjoyed sunset bar and grill they had a seafood bisque that was awesome . With live music

Wonderful place to stay

We had a blast, perfect place to stay. Place was spotless, beds were VERY comfortable, very nice pool and hot tub right nearby. The beach was a super short walk. The owner answered all my questions immediately. I have nothing but great things to say. At sunset this is exactly where you want to be. We will definitely be coming back. We bought some groceries, used hot plate to make spaghetti, toaster oven for garlic bread. You do not have to eat at a restaurant, plenty of amenities to eat right in the condo.

Beautiful resort!

This resort has everything you need! Beach, 2 pools, 2 restaurants, and we saw dolphins every day and manatees! It was the easiest check in process and Ginny (server) at the sunset grill made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

Unit was adequate for 2 people. Fridge was too small for our length of stay ( 1 month). Outside property was very nice. Perfect for seniors. Pool right outside of our building. Beach across the street. 2 restaurants on property.

I love the location and the restaurants on property we’re good the unit it’s self could use better cleaning, newer and more linens. We enjoyed our time here but this unit could use a little updating a little bit of money would make this a lot better for users.

Excellent Rental

Booked for a long weekend. Loved the resort amenities and location of the unit. The room was clean and comfy. Even though ‘civilization’ is only a few minutes down the road, the resort makes you feel as if they are a world away.

Marriage saved!

We arrived on a Friday night and Saturday was college football. We couldn't figure out the cable. Christine was quick on the spot to help us navigate the cable system! The toilet was running non stop and Christine had a plumber come within 2 hrs to fix it. Sunset Beach restaurant had an amazing grouper with crab cake. Hook bar was a cozy little place across the parking lot. Beautiful sunset too!
