    A 2-bedroom, 1-bath South Tampa home for up to 8, with a heated saltwater pool and spa in a private fenced yard. MacDill AFB is 5 minutes away, downtown Tampa about 15 and the airport about 20.



    The living room, dining area and kitchen share one open layout. A plush sectional faces a 70-inch TV, and a wooden dining table with bench seating holds six. That table doubles as the games table, converting to ping pong and pool. Out back, a fenced yard holds the heated saltwater pool, the spa, patio seating and a gas grill.



    BEDROOMS & BATHS (2 BR / 1 BA)

    ★ Bedroom 1 (primary): king bed, soft linens, Samsung smart TV

    ★ Bedroom 2 (family room): queen bed and a bunk bed, Samsung smart TV

    ★ Living room: sleeper sofa for 2

    Beds for 8: king 2, queen 2, bunk 2, sleeper 2. One full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves all 8 guests. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided.



    KITCHEN & DINING

    ★ Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble-style countertops

    GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

    ★ Setting: a quiet residential street in South Tampa near Gadsden Park and MacDill AFB. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.

    ★ Pool and spa heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The spa is heated only when pool heating is added; without it, the spa is simply an unheated extension of the pool. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, and the setting cannot be changed mid-stay.

    ★ Bathrooms & beds: one full bath for up to 8. A king, a queen with a bunk bed, and a living-room sleeper.

    ★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.

    ★ Fees: the base rate covers 4 guests; $15 per night for each guest above 4. Early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.

    ★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. It is an updated, older property. We had an issue with the pool and heating it. They took care of the issue as quickly as possible. The communication via the app was outstanding!

I wish we had more time to enjoy this space. It was comfortable and nice. Tampa is very spread out and we went many places and this place was convenient, but with a car. (Thats a Tampa thing) close to good food, and bars, and grocery store. Neighborhood felt safe. On the rare days that the weather is cool or cold, dont get the pool heated. Theyll let you know in advance it wont get warmer than a few degrees over ambient temp, so its not a surprise. The pool area was very nice, so if you're going when its warmer. You'll probably enjoy it. The host responded to questions quickly and we didnt have any issues.

Enjoyed the home

We were really blown away by the attention to hospitality details like the snacks on the counter, toothbrushes, toothpastes, and charging station, as well as the plethora of pool towels. For a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the home away from home feel and appreciate the owner’s responsiveness to questions and requests.

Everything was just perfect. From easy check in to a seamless stay. House had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and our dogs loved the fenced in back yard.
