The property also has a separately rented RV in its own divided yard area and private entrance; guests do not share yard access. Pets require approval and a $100 fee per pet, per stay. The home is for sale, and scheduled showings may occur with notice when possible.

NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, including a copy of a legal ID and verification selfie. This cannot be completed in person. The booking guest must be at least 23 years old. Refunds will not be issued for failure to complete these requirements. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a seamless blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for both short and extended stays. The backyard is divided into two separate areas: the left side is the main home's backyard with outdoor seating. The right side is a separate RV vacation rental with its own private entrance and no access to the main home's yard.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the porch, fenced yard, fire pit, bbq grill, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and all listed amenities - enjoy complete privacy and comfort during your stay.

Neighborhood
The backyard is split into a left and right side. The left side is the backyard of the home. The landscape is finished with outdoor chairs and area for the dogs to roam. Baggies to pick up after your pets are also available at the house :) Thank you for picking up after your pets.

The right side of the backyard is an RV which is also an vacation rental. They have their own entrance and would not ever been on your side of the property.

Getting around
Centrally located near Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, and Tampa International Airport, this home offers easy access to beaches, dining, shopping, and attractions - free parking on-site and rideshares readily available.

A car is recommended for exploring the area, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience.

Other things to note
Trash: Tuesdays and Fridays they load at 7 AM, guests need to bring it to the road for pickup.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

Grill Information: A propane grill is available for guest use in the outdoor area. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If the tank is empty or requires a refill during your stay, guests are responsible for obtaining a refill or exchange. We are happy to reimburse the cost of one propane refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences resulting from these factors.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
