Lake Front - Corner Unit - 2 Bedroom 2 Bath

Our lake front condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium located on the 2nd floor, which is the top floor for the building. The unit has about 900 square feet and every room has water views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private onsuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. There is a 50in flat screen TV in the living room and there is also about a 42in flat screen in the master bedroom. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.

We have several properties in the area ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Should this wonderful property not be available for the dates you need or will not accommodate your needs, chances are we have another property that will be a perfect match.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 30-40 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do accept pets at some properties. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. All pets must weight 35lbs or less. Dogs and cats only. WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY EXOTIC ANIMALS.
4. We do not provide cribs or pack-in-play. There are local services that do provide those items should you desire to rent them.
5. Please note that we require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking and your remaining balance, if any, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then your entire reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
6. If you pay with a credit card an additional 3% processing fee will be added to the reservation total. We only accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
7. The number of people the property can sleep/accommodate may not sleep all people in beds. The total number of people unit can sleep/accommodate is the maximum number of people we allow to stay and sleep in the unit overnight.
8. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT and provide a form of identification(Drivers License, Passport, or similar) prior to checking in to confirm age and identity.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date we will issue you a refund of your prepaid amount(s) less an administrative fee of $100.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then we can only issue you a refund if we are able to get the property released. Should that occur then we will issue you a refund less an administrative fee of $100.

L’appartement est très propre et spacieux. Les lits étaient confortables et la vue magnifique.Mais il y a eu un enjeu avec les toilettes (qui coulait constamment) et mon conjoint arranger ça mais nous avons envoyer un message à l’hôte qui nous a jamais répondu.

We had bugs on kitchen table, stove and bathroom off living room. Carpet was diry and worn, carpet strip at front entry was coming up creating a tripping hazard. Kitchen table was dirty as were the place mats with dried food. Property manager was quick to respond to treat bugs, they said they had been trying to get the owner to replace carpet with the same flooring as was in the kitchen, Unit was in a good location and check in was great with the property manager. Nice pool area.

Teachers on spring break

We were disappointed in furnishings. Pictures showed 2 couches. We had one couch and a straight back chair. Sitting 3 on a couch isn’t what we wanted. The dining table was also a high top which it wasn’t in the picture. These type of tables are not comfortable for short people. The carpet could use a good cleaning or replacing. The blinds In the bedrooms (esp master) don’t shut tight enough to keep the light out at night.

Very clean and great location!

Two friends stayed and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The bath towels were super soft and the beds very comfortable. The view from the patio was very nice and we were near lots of shopping and restaurants. I would rent again!

Bitter that ruined the Sweet

Great location and accommodations. We stayed over the New Year and unfortunately the Property Manager, Cody Powell, did not anticipate that the electronic lock would automatically reset at Midnight. This is a feature of that kind of electronic keypad and the information is posted on their website for all to see. Cody was rude when we contacted him to set the lock so we could enter the unit. He grumpily said 'I'm sleeping' and was not at all understanding of our dilemma being locked out. He did eventually reset the code so we could get in and then hung up on our call with no apology for our inconvenience. The next day Cody tried to argue that it was our fault for not using the correct code, which was hogwash and distracted from the real issue- the electronic locks issued by the company automatically erase the code at midnight of the New Year- every New Year. He is not a responsible property manager. Although this may be a rare situation, it was made more unpleasant by this poor customer service.

Stayed fo 18 days. Everything was clean beds were comfy very well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view was fabulous overlooking lake wildlife was very entertaining. Moving to Florida

Needed an accessible and comfortable place to stay while purchasing and remodeling home. The condo was set on beautiful lake and well equipped with quality linens. I had a difficult time making reservations as not tech savvy so Mr Powell continued to help me even though he was on a flight and his assistant helped us through all. I highly recommend Powell on Parsons Lake in Brandon.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway!

Excellent property

Location is convenient to local shopping and food choices. Easy access to interstate system and approx 15 min from downtown Tampa. Comms with mgt was clear and easy to understand. Super friendly local company. Building is very quiet. Parking can be difficult but not impossible. Interior was spotless. Unit comes with washer and dryer. We will definitely try to book this same unit again.

Great stay, exactly what we needed. Comfortable bed. Stocked unit. Communication with property manager was initially difficult and check-in process was not communicated in a timely manner which was a bit stressful. Once this was straightened out, everything else was smooth.

Some disappointments and frustrations.

The property manager was excellent upon our arrival and provided a seamless check-in. Our disappointments and frustrations are the result of very poor response to two issues (electrical and plumbing) that arose during our stay. In addition, we were contacted with a “noise complaint” lodged by our downstairs neighbours. We are four people in their 70’s…active, but certainly not rowdy. A discussion with our downstairs neighbour, who was also renting, concluded that the building’s construction was likely the cause of the noise transmission. If you decide to rent, rent upstairs, but expect that there may be an issue with noise.

Beautifully peaceful and relaxing

Property was chock full of all the extras. Our condominium was clean, well-furnished and bedding and towels were fresh and new. Shower curtains, bath rugs, dishes to serve 8, pots, pans, utensils, cutting board, even a meat thermometer. We needed to bring nothing except cling wrap for the leftovers. We drove to Florida from Minnesota to escape the cold for a month and didn’t know what to expect. Our bar is extremely high after this stay! The community is friendly and respectful of quiet and privacy. Property is extremely well-maintained. We were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our winter escape. The lakes are beautiful and birds are plenty. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect Location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Parsons Green condo. Perfect location for us, quite and a nice view of the lake. The condo is a little dated and somewhat sparse with furniture especially the second bedroom. Also, I you desire a dark sleeping bedroom bring blackout curtains. The security lights are very bright. Adrian, our VRBO contact, was a pleasure to work with.

Condo in Brandon

This property is in a good location in Brandon, convenient to downtown Tampa and several shopping and dining options. We ran into a few minor maintenance issues while were there, but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment of the condo. This property faces Hendrics Lake, and there are water views from any room in the condo. However, we would use the name "lake" loosely as we would consider this a large pond rather than a lake. Pelicans, egrets, ospreys, ducks, and other aquatic birds can be found in abundance. There are signs warning of the presence of alligators. However, we did not see any while we were there. We enjoyed the pool and gazebo pretty much on a daily basis during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone desiring a location near Tampa.
