I think staff members should be trained exclusively on customer service
On Saturday morning, I addressed one of the staff members about what time breakfast is served and instead of her responding with the time - she responded with "when it opens" - that's not the time - I was extremely offended by her response and that's not the way you speak to guests who are staying at the establishment.
