Hello I want to report a terrible experience during check in at this hotel. I have never been more disrespected by a front desk person in my life. She held me on hold and never came back to me. I arrived and checked in with me still being on hold 35 minutes. She alleged she was extremely busy but when I got there she was working on one person ahead of me. She alleged that was was she couldn’t answer the question confirming the reservation that I had just booked 37 minutes prior because of how busy it was yet she answered the phone and assisted someone while she was checking me in. When I said something to her about it she became very rude said I was just an Expedia check in and she was not going to be judged by someone like me. She called me “sweetie” and pointed her finger at me. I am hoping all of this was on camera as I want something done about her. She spoke to me as if I was beneath her and if it had not been that Injust had an horrible experience at another hotel which lead to me booking this hotel last minute. We are from Maryland and drove 15 hours to Clearwater and ended up at a hotel that had roaches. So we had to check out and was stranded to find a hotel last minute which lead to booking this one. I would like someone to call me about horrible experience. If it had not been that we were in an unfamiliar area at almost midnight my family and I would have left.
