Entire home in new, centrally located community!

Come explore all Central Florida has to offer in this brand new home in the Timber Creek community! Centrally located in Riverview, it is 15 miles to Tampa and the Florida Aquarium and within 50 miles of some of Florida’s best west coast beaches like Clearwater and Siesta Key Beach. You are also only an hour away from Disney, Universal, Seaworld and much more! You will never run out of awesome things to do. And when you're not out exploring, kick your feet up in this wonderful home.

Each bedroom has it's own queen bed as well as 2 queen sofa beds in the family room that come equipped with cooling memory foam toppers. The kitchen is open concept and looks out into the dining room, patio and family room. This makes it perfect for a family occasion or gathering the whole crew together to unwind after a long day of exploring! The patio features a full grill with cookout material to enjoy during a delicious Florida evening. The washer and drier are available if you need to do some laundry during your stay. Parking is available at the home. The driveway can fit up to 4 cars comfortably as well as 1 in the garage.

Guests will have the whole house for themselves. This includes access to the Timber Creek Amenity Center just 10 yards from the home. The amenity center includes a pool, clubhouse, basketball court, and kids playground.

This was our second time staying at this home. The host is very gracious and communicates very clearly. The home was clean, well, equipped, and beautifully decorated with a few new furniture pieces since our last stay. Sadly, the pool was undergoing renovation so we were not able to use it. However, the hosted communicate that clearly giving us time to choose choose an alternate location. We love the screened in lanai and the second refrigerator was an extra bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Time in Riverview

The property was clean and beautiful, just as represented in the photos. The property is also well equipped and the host is responsive to questions. The community pool is large with ample loungers, but is not heated so too chilly for swimming during our stay. Still we enjoyed sunbathing and the neighborhood is nice for long walks. We would definitely rent again!

Quiet and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home worked great for us. It was clean and well taken care of in all aspects. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy the stay. The property manager, Ozeas Costa, was great. He communicated well with us. We had an infant and asked if they could provide a Pac-N-Play. Indeed he did; he got a new one that worked perfectly for us. He was attentive and responded promptly to our communications. Our flight had been delayed, causing us to arrive a day later. He was very supportive. The instructions of how to enter the house was very helpful. The liked the layout of the home. I would be staying here again if and when we would return to the Tampa area.

Excellent Home

From the beginning, our experience with this property and the super host was better than expected. The home had a very logical layout for our needs, and the kitchen was stocked better than any we had ever had. The location was very convenient to Tampa Zoo, the airports, Siesta Key and North Beach. The pool access was directly across the street so anytime we forgot something it was a quick few steps back to the house. The neighborhood has very little traffic which was safe for our grandkids. Our only regret is not having the opportunity to meet the host in person. He’s terrific.

Too many roaches-

Although the property was nicely appointed, we discovered roaches later in the day after checking in. It was communicated to the owner and we got conflicting responses via messages sent in the VRBO chat platform, one indicating roaches were normal and the other that they never had roaches. Because we were there for a funeral, and had family members traveling from as far as California to as North as New York City, we tried to make the best of the situation, which included having to deal with lots of roaches during our stay, to include a roach floating in the keurig water container one morning. Due to the inconvenience faced upon check-in, and during the course of our stay, I requested a partial refund from the owner after departing, which was ignored. I complained to VRBO after the stay, only to learn that their rules required I should have called them during the stay instead of dealing with the property owner. This owner should not have rented this location knowing they had roaches. I am not likely to use VRBO again since neither VRBO nor the owner made any real effort to assist me .

Best Rental Ever!

Everything you see on the post is exactly what you will get. It was by far the best rental we have stayed at. Everything was just as described and the owner is extremely responsive. Anything you may need he will text you back right away. You can tell the owner loves his home. Lots of special touches here and there. It felt like we were staying at a close family member’s home. Very warm and welcoming vibe. The location is wonderful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Basketball court and pool is directly across the house, which our boys loved. Plenty of towels and linens are provided. Shampoo and soap is provided but you will need your own if you are planning to stay more than a couple days. There are plenty of stores, supermarket, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. Beach chairs and towel are also available for use. You have everything you need. I would only add that an electric kettle or even a stovetop kettle would have been nice. But we made do with a small pot we used to boil water for tea. That is really the only thing I would say that was missing from this home for us. But, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to book again next time we are visiting the area. We have been back home for three weeks now and our boys are still talking about this trip. We have 3 teenagers, so when they have nothing to complain about, you know its fantastic. Neighbors are also very friendly, we got to know some of them. Overall its a fantastic house, don't even second guess yourself, just book it. You will not be disappointed. We cant say enough about our stay. A+ all the way

I would highly recommend this VRBO!! Property as stated in description and pics. Great location, well stocked, easy to travel to, great entertainment at the community basketball court and pool. Family enjoyed it immensely!!! Will remember this one for future stays!!

Clean, comfortable property with pool across the street

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The house was in emaculate condition and even smelled nice. We appreciated having a pool right across the street and quiet neighbors. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. I would recommend mending the straw rug in the master bedroom as one guest caught her toe in the corner and fell. But otherwise I have zero complaints. Thank you so much for having us!

Amazing place!!! Clean & organized. Looks better than pictures !!!!

We loved the house the moment we entered it. The house was clean. You can smell the cleanliness in the air. The decor was very well thought out. The house will exceed your expectations. And it’s only 23 minutes from downtown Tampa. Basketball court and playground are directly outside of the house. Kids loved that. They thought of everything and prepared everything for us. You must rent this place. No hesitation. Looking forward to coming back!!!!

Excellent Stay

This place was excellent. The host communicated well with us and everything was just as described. One of the best parts was the fact that the house was directly in front of the basketball court and pool so we pretty much had the best location in the entire community. The kitchen was well-stocked, the Roku tv was great, and everything was clean. The only thing we would add to the house would be a light for the back porch/yard. But we have no complaints and it was a great community and close to stores, Top Golf, and Cornerstone Church.
