GREAT Location!

The condo was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom is enormous, with a beautiful soaker tub. That was my favorite! I had a minor issue with the washer, and the owner responded quickly.

Perfect spot, great place

I was in town for business… this was the ideal location to get to the Amalie Arena area as well as the rest of Tampa for restaurants and the airport. Apartment was exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable with a great view of the river. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Holiday Welcome in Tampa

A comfortable and well located condo. It was complete with Xmas tree for our five night stay. Nice water view of activity on the well lit and used river walk. Good to restaurants and city activity.

Great location

Apartment was very clean upon arrival. Parking was easily available either in the lot or in the street. The complex was quiet- we never heard any doors closing or footsteps from above. Great location to walk the Riverwalk and loved walking to Ulele and Armature Works. Bed and furniture was comfortable and air conditioning works great- especially on hot August weather. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Great location right on the riverwalk and within walking distance to many areas. A bit loud at night but that's the cost of the being so close. A little white noise app and I had no issue sleeping. Owner's are responsive and we had no issues with our stay. Would recommend

Getaway retreat

It is a great location with a great view ( 2nd floor) of the River Walk and close to all of the attractions and restaurants. It is a mixture of city/ noise and country/ peaceful. The condo is equipped with a printer, charging stations and alexia if needed. The host responded immediately to any inquiries.

My stay at the condo

My stay was enjoyable. The owner was very responsive when needed. Just a little FYI the owner lives on site an rents his place when he travels we were thrown off when we saw shoes an clothes in the drawers. Other than that I would stay here again we enjoyed the stay. The owner also has a dog for those allergic to animals.

Perfect Location, clean and comfortable

I was looking for a spot on the Tampa Riverwalk so we had endless things to do within walking distance and this place was the perfect location. Everything was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom, so spacious. I loved the shower! I wish I could hire whomever decorated this place to do my home- very stylish! The only downfall, as another review mentioned, is the street noise, but that comes with having a central location like this. Some ear plugs and white noise did the trick at night. One thing to make note of, the homeowner has a dog, so if you have allergies, be ware. On the other hand, I would never have known they have a dog if it wasn't for the dog beg, water bowl, and giant dog bone. However, no dog fur in sight and the place smelled super fresh. The building felt very safe, there is a designated parking space and it's gated. Favorite restaurants within walking distance: Remedy for happy hour, Jackson's for dinner, Anchor & Brine for brunch. Taco Bus was great too for a late night cheap meal. There are also 3 distilleries within a 10 minute drive that have tours/tastings. Sparkman Wharf is another great spot for food and drinks or just sitting in the sun. We love Armeture Works but it was too crowded for Covid distancing.

Great Location and Super Clean

This condo is right on the Tampa Riverwalk right across from the University of Tampa. It has just been remodeled and is gorgeous. The bedroom is huge and the bed is very comfortable. All linens and towels are provided. The bathroom is amazing with a huge shower and soaking tub. It has a washer and dryer which is very helpful. The kitchen is brand new and well stocked with pots, dishes, silverwear, etc. It is gated and I felt very safe there. I will definitely stay here again. If I had to pick anything "bad" is that it is a little noisy at night because on a busy road but with a white noise app on my phone, I slept like a baby. The owner is very responsive (usually within 5 minutes through the VRBO app). He even provided his cell number but I did not need it. The property has a small pool but we did not use it.
