Newly renovated waterfront 4 BR 3 Bath home with brand new floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Home is on a large salt water canal leading out to Tampa Bay with a boat dock and boat lift to bring your own boat or rent. Nearby restaurants and beaches. Close proximity to Tampa area beaches. Master BR with King size bed and additional 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds. Large covered Florida room (covered porch) with seating and bar as well as large back yard area. 2 Kayaks and 8 life vests on property. EV charging in garage.

We were very disappointed with our stay; it didn't match the description. The carpets were soiled, stained & covered with hair; screens in sunroom had holes in them and could not be moved due to grime & dirt on the tracks; sunroom ceiling tiles damaged; baseboards in the guest bedroom had peeling and chipped paint; doors & door frames and edges were nicked & damaged; guest bathroom fan not working; kitchen & master bathroom grout black with dirt, shower door corroded and off track, teflon pans scratched; dust on fixtures and many items; stained mattress and pillows, etc. We reached out to the host, Ryn. She took pictures of all of our concerns and said she would forward them to the owner. He did have the screens repaired and replaced a dirty rug in the bathroom with a towel bath mat. This home needs a deep cleaning throughout, carpeting replacement, and painting of all damaged areas. It is certainly not as described‼

I would have given a 5, but, for a couple things. One of my friends fell at the dock going down because the step completely blends in with dock. It should have a reflective strip. There were not enough bath towels. Other places we have stayed had tv's in all rooms. Would have been nice to know that 6 people had to share thebathroom. Having one by the washer wasn't convient.

Very nice house

The house was very clean and spacious. Every amenity you could think of was provided for occupants. Definitely lives up to its name “Boathouse” because the boat lift was nice and they have kayaks and life vest to use. Not the fault of the owner but be advised, the road is extremely busy and it’s challenging to back a boat trailer in. Highly recommended this place to anyone.

Clean and Comfortable

The property is clean and well equipped. We especially liked the Ninja blender, printer and Kayaks. The lanai is very relaxing & comes with an interesting bar. The mattresses were all firm and comfortable. The big screen TV was nice as well.

A Gem! Excellent all around

Stayed with a few family members in town for a baby shower. The home was the perfect with so much open space and nice size rooms. The shower has great pressure, the kitchen is stocked with all the things you may need. We prepared some dishes for the shower and had no issues cooking in this kitchen. The dock is awesome. My brother fishes and spent most of the free time at the dock. Neighbors and host are very friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thanks again.

Lovely home

My husband, I, and our adult kids spent the weekend in this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. Instead of sightseeing, we just hung out, played games, used their well appointed kitchen to make a lovely meal on Saturday evening and just had fun together. Sometimes you have to disconnect from the world, and that’s what we did.

Awesome Thanksgiving

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had Thanksgiving dinner at the house. It was such a good experience! The kitchen truly has it all - we figured there is NO WAY there will be a potato peeler or a meat thermometer.. But there absolutely was! Plenty of counter space, a reliable oven and the most gorgeous dining table! The back room was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the lovely views. There was a great breeze through the sliding doors! We truly enjoyed our stay and will keep you all bookmarked for futures stays! .... There

Beautiful View

This property was exacly what they advertised and very spacious and accomodating. It was clean and the patio and outside view was gorgeous. The owner even set someone to reset some appliances that were ready low battery without us even asking or noticing. Excellent customer service. I would stay there again. again.
