Adorable Waterfront Cottage. Nested in a country setting. Enjoy fresh free range chicken eggs from our chickens. Rooster does crow in the morning. 20-25 minutes from most places, downtown, Zoo, Aquarium, Busch Gardens, airport. Additional charge of $50 for more than 2 guests. No additional charge for kids 0-2 yrs old. I can be reached at eight one three, three two six,six four , five four.

Host was very friendly and kind. His wife Made us Guava pastries, which were delicious. Communication was excellent and this cottage was so charming. The view was spectacular looking out to the lake. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

Great quick get away!

Great hosts! Very accomodating. Close enough to stores and restaurants but feels secluded. Loved the pool and pond! A local friend stopped by and loved it as well and wanted the link for info herself. Would come here again!

Amazing place to stay

We loved staying in this cottage. It was just like home. There was hot chocolate, tea and chips available for snacking. We loved the canoe and the cabana where we read in the afternoons. The host was so sweet, pleasant and helpful. He gave us wonderful ideas of places to hike and eat. 10/10!!!

Great little cottage

This cottage was a perfect rental for our recent trip. The host was very quick to respond to my messages and had many suggestions for activities during our stay. We were able to get into the hot tub on one night of our trip and it was perfect temperature for the weather outside. We did not use the pool, but the set up is beautiful and would have been wonderful for our stay if the weather was a little nicer. On our night in the hot tub we were surprised with the amount of planes flying overhead because the cottage is so well insulated that you don't even notice them inside! This cottage was a perfect, quiet location for the two of us on our five night trip.

Responsible businessman

Michael was very understanding when my partner and I made a decision upon arrival that the property just wasn’t what we had in mind or for us. He immediately communicated with Vrbo about seeing if I could get a refund, offered to connect us with a brother who has several rentals, and just could not have been more Understanding and mature. That’s why he gets the excellent ratings he gets.

Great Little Retreat

The cottage was so cute & had everything we needed. Immaculately clean and the bed, although in a strange place, was SO flipping comfortable. Host Michael was terrific! He helped me find the driveway late at night & made sure I got in okay. There were snacks upon check-in & he responded to a question immediately. The fresh papaya & treat they brought us was a special touch. I will definitely be staying here again for all my future trips to the area. Highly recommend.

Couple Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate her birthday and everything was wonderful. The cottage was clean and the perfect size for us. The property itself was quiet and relaxing with a great view. We enjoyed everything from the pool, to the multiple outdoor seating options and fireplaces. We were even given fresh eggs from the chickens. Joseph and his wife Lisa are amazing hosts. They were there whenever we needed them and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a birthday gift. We cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back soon. If you were hesitant, stop. This is your sign to book quick! Thank you for everything Joseph & Lisa!!

Un Tampa for a wedding

We had a very nice stay it was very peaceful and quite ( exactly what we were looking for). When we arrived the cabin seemed like it had been closed up for a while but it quickly aired out and was fine. The host were very and there when we needed them. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It was the perfect cabin for the two of us but three might have been too many. Had a great time and will probably be back.

Nice little place to stay

Thank you for having us. You have a cute little cottage with everything you could need. The dock to just sit and relax was nice. Easy location to drive to various beaches and sites. Loved the farm/lake/beach feel.

This adorable little cottage was avsolutely perfect for my needs. It was very clean, cute as can be, and just the right size. Very comfortable. The grounds were lovely. You can tell the owners put a lot if work into its upkeep. The owners were very accommodating and very kind.

Great relaxing vacation spot

The cottage is very comfortable and relaxing. The property is very nice, with a pool, lakefront dock with canoes, bench swing with firepit. Michael was very communicative and friendly. Centrally located to all the Tampa area attractions. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing

Me and my fiancé and nephew had an amazing time the cottage was very clean the host was amazingly courteous. The host even offered me some charcoal for the grill so I wouldn’t have to buy Any. Michael and his wife are really great host.
