Our private villa is located in the beautiful resort community of Saddlebrook, located in part of New Tampa/Wesley Chapel, with only a short distance to recommended local attractions, such as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the Florida Aquarium, and Disney World (feel free to look up distances online).

There is public access to the resort restaurant, 27 holes of Arnold Palmer championship golf courses, the golf academy, and the tennis academy (at general public rates and subject to availability).

A private jacuzzi hot tub is just for you on the back patio overlooking the Saddlebrook Resort Golf Course, designed by Arnold Palmer (golf course is open to the public).

Only about 5 miles/minutes away, you have the fantastic Epperson Lagoon, Florida’s first lagoon in Wesley Chapel, with over 7 acres of clear blue waters for swimming and sliding, playing and paddling, sipping and sunning perfection.

Important to know we are not affiliated with the hotel next door or its amenities, and the hotel pool is not open to the public. If a pool is a must, we recommend booking an overnight room (to share) to get resort access cards (up to 4 per room) while staying in our house. You may be able to book a daily Resortpass (not available Jan-April), which gives you access to the resort hotel pool (based on availability). If available, we have seen rates from $15 child and from $25 adult (rates & availability subject to change without notice) (as mentioned, we are NOT affiliated with the hotel or its amenities).

• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation, accepting the above house rules and ordinances.
