  • Enjoy this stylish and charming Tampa home with fun outdoor vibes and a pool to relax in. This home is centrally located and within minutes from Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Harbour Island, International Mall, Ybor City, etc. This is the perfect home to stay in for a Bucs game, as it is within walking distance to the stadium!

    IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This home has a detached 1/1 guest house located on the property, which may also be occupied by guests during your stay. The backyard and pool area is a shared space. You are welcome to inquire with us to see if the 1/1 is available for you to rent with the home for complete privacy during your stay.

    Open floor plan. 1 bedroom with king bed. 1 large bedroom with 2 queen beds (en-suite bathroom). Backyard with pool, mini golf, grill, firepit, outdoor dining area (shared with 1/1 guesthouse detached from the home).

    Entire 2/2 home (private), backyard (shared), pool (shared), hot tub (shared), W/D (shared).

    We`ve got you covered! Five Star Service is very important to us, so we are very responsive to needs. If you have any issues during your stay, please reach out right away, so that we have the opportunity to promptly rectify the situation.     Quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything!

    You are welcome to park in the driveway. We ask you do not park on the street out of respect for our neighbors. Lyfts and Ubers are also easily available.
    -- NO SMOKING on the property, inside or out.

    -- Only registered guests (6 max) may be on the premises at any time.

    -- No more than 2 vehicles at any point. Please leave the left side of the driveway open for the guests staying in the back guesthouse. You are welcome to park in the remaining driveway and street.

    -- The pet fee of $185 ( covers up to 2 pets) must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, as the backyard is a shared space with the main house. Other guests may have a pet on property, as well. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose, immediately. Thanks so much!

    -- The exterior of the property is under complete video surveillance for safety purposes at all times, but privacy is completely respected. Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

    Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

This house was very spacious and comfortable. The landscaping in the backyard was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and were definitely happy they have everything regarding supplies, and tons of towels. definitely will ne back

My Favorite Tampa Stay

I have stayed here twice. This place does not disappoint and is everything I could need and more. Love the layout! The pool is great and the hot tub was a second pleasure as well. Very clean, very quiet and close to work when I am in Tampa! Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised

A quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you need. The house is roomy and comfortable. For larger groups, you can add the bungalow for an additional fee. We had a few questions after checking in and we received answers promptly. We plan on returning here the next time we visit Tampa.

Amenities werent available

Beautuful house inside but none of the amenities worked. Hot tub had mold in it and the pool wasnt able to be swum in. Text the owners as did my guest requesting a a deduction in price as it was not working with no response except sorry for the incfadveradvertised

Fast and furious

When I entered the code to the home I was greeted by a small dog and there was someone else already staying in the home. I called the phone number to contact host and got a girl who said she no longer works for the company. She gave me the owners name and phone number. He came to the house and said the woman who rented the guest house must have accidentally went in the wrong house. How does that happen! We had to wait until 8:30 at night for them to get her in the guest house and clean up. I did not sleep good the two nights we were there because all I could hear was engines like there is a race track nearby. I understand that the owners can’t help that but they should make you aware. The owner tried to make things better with tickets to the aquarium. I would rather have a discount on the rate or discount on a future stay. The hot tub had a line of sludge around the tub. They said it was just cleaned and sent me a picture of the service invoice. I think they need a new pool company. Dumping gallons of chlorine in is not the only thing that should be done. Overall it was the worst vacation rental I have had. Amy Crockett
