Wake up to peaceful mornings and unwind with Pacific sunsets from your private balcony, overlooking the lagoon pool and lush tropical surroundings. Located in a gated community in the heart of vibrant Tamarindo, this second-floor condo is just a 5-minute walk to the ocean. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 with two bedrooms, a full kitchen with all essentials, and an open-concept layout—plus access to resort-style pools, hot tubs, and swim-up bars.

Welcome to Diria Oceano Estates! Our second-floor condo blends peaceful surroundings with the energy of coastal living, creating the perfect retreat for families and friends. Our space accommodates up to six guests, that feels both stylish and inviting.

The open-concept floor plan features two spacious bedrooms and a pullout sofa, offering flexibility and comfort for your group. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed for effortless meals at home. The inviting living area includes a couch and sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and opens to a large, covered balcony.

The primary suite serves as a private escape, featuring direct terrace access, a cozy sitting area, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The guest suite includes a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, a mini balcony, and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit is very stylish and is well equipped with everything we needed. One small thing is a few short/ lowball drink glasses would be nice.I also think it is a shame the view of the ocean and sunset has been blocked by the over grown palm trees. Just a little thinning of the upper branches would bring the view from almost blocked to stunning! I am not suggesting they be removed just pruned a little. We love the Diria location! Being connected to the Diria Hotel provided wonderful access and amenities. Lovely pools, amazing sunsets. Host was very responsive dealing with a plumbing issue that arose. Comfortable and roomy place. Pictures represent it well.

Calme au centre de l’action

Site merveilleux avec une végétation luxuriante et bien entretenue. La piscine, la plus belle du CR!!! Nous étions au condo architecture espagnole, avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. Beaucoup d’oiseaux et une famille de singe hurleur qu’on a pu voir juste à côté de nous.

A great stay for us.

Loved the property and condo. Everything was provided and super clean. Very quiet location but close to everything one would want in Tamarindo. Monkeys in the tree outside were great! Pool was fantastic! Would definitely stay at this condo again when in town.

Vacation

I owned a business and home in Tamarindo for many years and decided to return after selling everything in 2022. The Diria Oceano condo is a fantastic location with an ocean view. I would highly recommend the unit for active adults. I will return again next year but plan to stay longer. One week was just too short of a stay in this wonderful spot

A Great Trip

The location of the condo cannot be beat, everything is within an easy walk. The condo is very comfortable, we had no major issues during our 5 week stay. The Property Manager, Nathalie, was the best, very responsive and professional.

Location

The location of this place was perfect!! It was clean, centrally located and easy to walk everywhere. We were able to enjoy the Howler Monkeys and a great view of the pool. The property owners were quick to fix the AC within an hour of it stopping. Very friendly! The only thing I would mention was the water pressure in the main bathroom not being great and luke warm water in the second bathroom. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great property in a great location, right in the middle of the action In Tamarindo. The complex it is located in is very large with a huge resort style pool and lush, well-maintained grounds. Going out the property gate puts you right on the main strip where you have lots of restaurant and shopping options and you are also just across the street from the beach. ( We enjoyed the Italian restaurant across the street while I would NOT recommend the restaurant named Ocean located a block to the left) The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need including a full size oven and fridge. My husband enjoyed sitting on the large balcony working on his laptop while enjoying the view.
