Great single family home. Open combo living/dining room, french doors opening on to a large deck. Quiet neighborhood with mature trees close in to town. Eat-in full kitchen with large refrigerator. Master bedroom with queen, firm mattress and laptop/work station. Guest bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds. High speed 140 Mbps internet, 140+ channels, Netflix, Roku, Chromecast. Keurig coffee bar w/ free Keurig and drip coffee. Rental-only property for a clutter-free environment. New A/C with whole-home sub-micron air filter upgrade. We aim for a better-than-home experience! Let us know how we can make your stay a memorable one!

Great central location to FSU

Our family Stayed here for our daughter's graduation from FSU. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The home was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. We particularly enjoyed the back deck in the mornings listening to and watching the surrounding nature. It was very peaceful and a beautiful way to start the day. We had excellent Communication with Sam and Maria with prompt responses of our inquiries. Sam and Maria's place is close enough to visit campus in a short drive and all of the restaurants and activities Tallahassee has to offer, but far enough away to be immersed in serenity after a long day.

Tallahassee

We were very happy here - we came up to visit one of our son, his wife and our grandsons. House was clean and stocked with necessities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and access in and out of subdivision was quite easy. Host communication was easily done and they were prompt to respond. Check in and access was very easy. We will be back!!

February in Tallahassee

We enjoyed spending the month of February in Tallahassee to escape the northern weather and to spend time with my mom who lives in a memory care facility in Tallahassee. This house has everything needed to be comfortable for a long stay. There are no stairs required to enter the home so it was easy to bring my mom over for a visit and to enjoy some family meals together. The deck in the back is very relaxing and we enjoyed the birds and other wildlife . The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very convenient to most places in Tallahassee . The owners are easy to communicate with if a problem should arise . We actually did not encounter any problems but it was reassuring to know that they were available if needed. Overall, a great house for a short or long stay in Tallahassee .

Great house & location

This is an excellent property in a quiet, established neighborhood and super central! We stayed for an FSU game and it was perfect for 2 adults and two 17-year old boys. The house is very clean, very well appointed, and very comfortable. We would 100% stay here again.

Enjoyed a quiet stay!

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. Excellent communication from the owner, who stopped by to check in with us shortly after our arrival - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again

Overall Satisfied

The owners were very nice & responsive. To no fault of the owner, there was an air conditioner problem which led to a water problem--they responded quickly and the rest of our stay was good. The garage did not fit two vehicles but we did have a pickup truck. Olympics were on at the time of our stay and while the owner was fixing the AC, he took time to help us find the channel and showed us how to operate the remotes! Kitchen was well supplied but would encourage a review of some of the pans. Thank you for the accommodations.

Space and location

My husband, toddler, and I had a great four nights in this centrally located house. Plenty of room for us, and pack and play plus sheets for the toddler. Loved having the empty garage for the car. Would stay here again as a base for visiting friends in Tallahassee. House was simply furnished, by which I mean it had everything you need with no extra decor or possessions of the owners. AC worked great and ceilings fans helped with hot July weather.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. It had enough room for everyone in our family. Loved the coffee and tea bar! In a great neighborhood, I would stay here again.

Tallahassee Thanksgiving

Really a gem of a find! Our California family came in for the holiday and were pleasantly surprised at the house. Very clean, well appointed and centrally located for family activities. Our hosts were always available, even for a late hunt for a forgotten IPad! I highly recommend this house and its owners.

Great Experience Nice Home

I brought my family to their first FSU game. We have 3 young children and the house was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts were very attentive and they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. After a long drive it was very easy to access the property and get settled. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Quiet Neighborhood, welcoming hosts, not your grandma’s tv

I have stayed in a few short-term rental houses over the last couple of years and I would say this one is the best of all of them. The hosts are welcoming and wonderful at communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. I never saw them but had messages from them ensuring our stay was perfect. The house is warm and welcoming, the bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the Televisions are not small. The home is in an established neighborhood with large oak & pine trees. I would recommend this house and will likely stay here again on any future trips.
