"This is a wonderful property that was a pleasure to stay in. It has so many lovely features and nice touches. The kitchen is very well equipped and the communal area is particularly pleasing. The view is gorgeous and the whole area was fantastic. The perfect place for a 5 day break with our 3 adult children."

"Formidable! The pod was very well equipped, super clean and fully functional. The jacuzzi was ready and the perfect touch for after a walk in the neighborhood. The view from the pod is amazing, there are table and chairs outside to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. The host is full of attentions (food for the breakfast and apero, easy communication). Parking easy, next to the pod. Full privacy too/no vis-a-vis. We had an amazing stay with the kids. "

"Fantastic and unique property. Great views from the jacuzzi! We saw seals and dolphins in the bay, and countless different birds. Just beautiful. We had a kayak around the bay using the kayaks on site. Absolutely loved it. "

So, if you wanna go back to the time when people spent their holidays in style, this is for you! 4 storey house with table tennis, snooker and dart in the basement, drawing room, dinner hall (the stag room) and kitchen on ground floor, then 2 storeys with bedrooms for 20 people. "We spent a wonderful week in Moriston Cottage despite the rain. Everything was very clean and the cottage is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. There is everything in the kitchen if you want to cook and lots of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable. There is a lovely enclosed back garden which is good if you have a dog. There are plenty of really good restaurants in walking distance, and a lot more if you want to drive there (Applecross Inn, Gille...

"Well-equiped kitchen, lovely views from all rooms, the heater was not always doing what we wanted it to do, but there was a lovely fireplace, we lit some cosy fires. Very nicely remote, private lot."

Self-catering was very easy with the well-stocked store nearby, as well as larger options not far away in Gairloch.
