"整體房間空間足夠、整體衛生乾淨，服務人員親切有禮，但不知道是否因房間在大浴場旁邊（11樓），洗澡時水一直忽冷忽熱，熱水供應不穩，導致整個洗澡過程十分難受。 雖然有大浴場設施也應維持房間衛浴設備的使用價值，畢竟還是有不便使用大 浴場的旅客。 除此以外整體感受都不錯。"

"純和風のコテージといった雰囲気で、子どもの頃に住んでいた家を思い出しました。バリアフリーではなく高齢者向けではありません。1泊の利用でしたが、もう少し長く滞在した方がもっと堪能できたのではないかと思います。お近くの商店さんがもう少し遅くまで営業されていたらよかったなぁと、その点が残念なところです。スタッフさんの対応は満足です。"
