"A fantastic hotel delivering great service. My family and I made plans to spend our week in Phuket sightseeing, but ended up spending much of that time at the hotel. Excellent facilities for the young ones, particularly the kids' club; the staff there were amazing. Hotel's location is great; restaurants/entertainment all within walking distance including a very clean beach. Highly recommended. "

"Love the location, surroundings, ambience, the staff, amenities, food and drinks. Too bad the travel agent office has closed else it would be very easy to arrange for sightseeing and day trips. But the reception was equally as helpful. The property location is perfect, not too far from Patong and Karon town to give you the quiet and seclusion, but close enough to access both commercial areas of Patong and Karon town, beach with a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride. Hats off also to the minute details...

Wir hatten durch eine Pforte unseren eigenen Bereich mit Liegen, Sitzmöglichkeiten und dem Pool, der durch die raffinierte Anlage kaum bis gar nicht einsehbar war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat den Aufenthalt einfach perfekt gemacht. Durch unseren Mietwagen waren wir flexibel und dadurch aber auch froh, dieses eher abgelegene Hotel mit dem wunderschönen Sandstrand gewählt zu haben. "

"Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...
