The airport shuttle service is also a good plus. The shuttle service timetable however was a little hard to find (you can easily get this info at hotel concierge, but not at all on hotel website or via the booking site). It would be nice for the hotel to communicate the shuttle service timetable to their guests prior to check-in date to...

"Arrived 11 am. Room was not ready. But they had a “better” room for extra money. Turned out its not any better than what i booked. Looks like the standard script try to make an extra buck. Rest of the stay was fine."

"My stay at the JW Marriott Hong Kong was more than present. I stayed nine nights and my wife and I had a wonderful time. Staff were super helpful on various thing. The location is the best, it is directly connected to a mall which is connected to the Hong Kong Subway system. Visiting during summer time the heat and rain became none issue. For sure will recommend to friends and family when they visit Hong Kong."

"Loved this hotel. Although my stay was very short, I did not get to fully understand if it was walkable to other places. It also rained so I preferred to Uber. Having said that, I loved the room.
