I spoke to Sean about the fridge. Might help to treat the hot tub/pool for chlorophyll. Dusting around windows both inside and outside helps keep critters out!

Likeside unit does not mean beach front unit. So manage your expectations. The room was a bit worn but I understand each unit has a different owner so I don't think the condition is the same in each room. They do not provide daily housekeeping.

The view is incredible!!! The house is a little outdated but still nice and clean. The hot tub looking over Lake Tahoe is one of the best views I’ve ever seen and that makes this property stand above the rest!
